Startegic location and very spacious room

The room and bathroom not so clean . There are stains on bedsheets and pillow. The lift service were terrible literally wait for 20 minutes to get into our room.

We like the area cause it join with a simple shopping center.

The WIFI is not doing good.

It is within walking distance to 80% of all attractions and eateries so manage to save on transport

Location was great... All accomodation is ok... I stay weekday 4h3m... breakfast with many options... Easy to the shore mall...n to ski deli restaurant at level 43.. receptionist very good help me to get plastic chair for my friend OKU for shower and give me OKU parking also... TQVM to all staff ...

My room is closed to the elevator, can hear when the elevator working, a little bit noisy... But at the balcony had are sound like electric pump machine ( didn't no wat ) to me noisy,, cause I had difficult to deep sleep ..

Check in was smooth.able to check in early by paying rm 100..3 rooms was clean..room request was attended attentively such as request for extra rubbish bag...aircon was functioning well...water pressure was good..water heater was functioning well..provided towels and basic toiletries...provided water bottle with basic kitchen necessities such as kettle,plates and cups Location was superb as it is near melaka river cruise route..accessible to shore shopping mall with availability of food and convenience store Highly recommended for family due to the size

Lifts always crowded and air conditioner remote control was out of order.

The location very superb and nice view of sg melaka and sea view. we can walk to go to nearby mamak retaurants, jonker street, morten village. walk way at the riverside, very convenient. room also quite big, and value for money.

1.receptionist (female) not friendly at all, no smile at all and she was quite arrogance and not polite when telling us about our room. she also did not tell that we should park at zone A (level 7) and caused us cannot access to hotel at level 7. we also feel that she dont like when customer asking question. 2.The toilet wall too transparent and not privacy. We feel shy when taking shower because our kids can see us from outside. suggestion:please put extra frosted tinted, so it will be more privacy 3. The lift quit slow n really not enough lift for a lots of guests for 42 levels and hundreds of rooms. 4.Lobby quite smelly with foods smell.

This is the 2nd time I stay here. The room I got exactly like advertised. Spacious. Bathroom- good. No pooling of water at shower stall. Breakfast - many choices. Need to que a bit, but it's expected since it's the weekend. Some people decide to share table with other family as well. It's nice to see the harmonious things there. Near Kg.Morten- walkable to eat at many restaurants there. Oh yes- easy check in and check out. No deposit needed. Staff at counter very good 👍 Might come again but want to try over weekdays.🤗

Long waiting for lift. Pool need more maintenance- some marble? Mozec? Over kids pool torn out. Can be dangerous for kids. Pool over adult side- idk other people but for me it's a bit smelly and too much chlorine.

It is an amazing trip trapped inside a hotel. You will love everything about it. The rooms, the view, the pool , the mall, the surrounding everything was amazing.. we spent our weekend in the hotel only.. enjoyed our stay a lot and it’s close to every tourist place.

In the buffet.. there was no Indian food. We suffered to fill our soul.. although filled our stomach by breads , salads and all.. but craved for one edible item. All the food was for Malaysians or proper English food.. which an Indian will not like much. But just down the mall.. there is an amazing North Indian restaurant.
