Startegic location and very spacious room

The room and bathroom not so clean . There are stains on bedsheets and pillow. The lift service were terrible literally wait for 20 minutes to get into our room.

We like the area cause it join with a simple shopping center.

The WIFI is not doing good.

It is within walking distance to 80% of all attractions and eateries so manage to save on transport

Location in the heart of the city with many shops nearby

Lifts always crowded and air conditioner remote control was out of order.

The location very superb and nice view of sg melaka and sea view. we can walk to go to nearby mamak retaurants, jonker street, morten village. walk way at the riverside, very convenient. room also quite big, and value for money.

1.receptionist (female) not friendly at all, no smile at all and she was quite arrogance and not polite when telling us about our room. she also did not tell that we should park at zone A (level 7) and caused us cannot access to hotel at level 7. we also feel that she dont like when customer asking question. 2.The toilet wall too transparent and not privacy. We feel shy when taking shower because our kids can see us from outside. suggestion:please put extra frosted tinted, so it will be more privacy 3. The lift quit slow n really not enough lift for a lots of guests for 42 levels and hundreds of rooms. 4.Lobby quite smelly with foods smell.

Its a lovely hotel /resident to come for a family vacation . Breakfast was excellent , with plenty of options to choose from.

There is no direct connection from the Hotel to the Resident. No basic kitchen utensils provided for the Resident units.

lift waiting is too slow and too long

The room is very comfy.

The lift takes longer time to arrive and have to wait 2-3 time as the lift always full.

Friendly the shore employees as team from Rela-Receiptionist-Restaurant (F&B)-Rela (Pool) 🥰 Lot parking available for guest in front hotel or level 4 & above. 🚗🚓🚕🚙 Pool opening for adult & child (with the instruction by Rela team 👌 Amazing view for Bandar Melaka when we stay at 29th floor with Premier Suite❤❤❤ Bathtub in room in excellent condition. 🤩🛀 Tourist spot such as Morten Village nearby the hotel itself also Bandar Hilir, Jonker Walk and A Famosa.📷📱 Also Pantai Klebang, Pantai Puteri but need transport to there unless you had it 😊 My family enjoy the stay vacation in the Shore Hotel 😁

Housekeeping team didn't change any include trash the room when we stay 3 days 2 night (might be they busy @ lack of staffing?)😢😢😢 Sofa L (dirty) : might be empty since MCO March 2020 and Jan 2021 (need to wash for the future guest/client) Worry about it when move on the slippery floor at bathroom especially in wet condition (need extra careful)😔😔😔 Kettle in good condition however it had rusty near kettle surface. Actually this my 2nd time stay here.. but yesterday is my 1st time dtg berdua only with my son age 2yrs old and book a hotel room thru booking.com..but masa nk booking tu, only a room with twin bed only available.. so mmg takde choice & rasa quite dissapointed laa sbb i ada anak kecik..how nk sleep dgn my son with a single bed size.. Then masa nk checkin. Lucky me, diserved dgn receptionist yg very helpfull, considerate to hear customer request.. Thankyou receptionist “ALIF” sbb tlg sy tukarkan dari bilik twin single bed to king bed.. without any additional charge!! Alhamdulilah..Thankyou faham customer situation..i & my lovely son really happy ya n enjoy our short staycation dkt the shore. Overall the shore hotel was good.. For sure to stay again here.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Need to improve room cleanliness.. Need to put air freshner in a room / toilet.. sbb my room quite smelly.. ada bau digusting yg come from toilet..
