clean. stayed 2nd time. value for money. security guard at main door 24hrs. main gate will be closed at night and security guard will open for you when u need to get in or out. very good water pressure

very short stay 2nd time till no need to use the shower. 1st time few weeks back, got drainage problem. water hard to flow down after shower.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located near to many restaurants and attractions; its also a walking distance to one of the main malls in Miri. The staff was also nice and very helpful

No complains but just one nitpick - the room is huge, but theres only 2 bed side lights to lit the entire room. During daytime, its no problem because theres a massive window which allows lots of sunlight in but it gets rather dim in the evening which might be a small issue if you want to get some work done.

Cleanliness considered good for a hotel at this price. Parking space available, free wifi and free drinking water refill. Hot water stable and strong water pressure. Very friendly reception.

Room 204 got some drainage problem at the shower, slight flood after a shower. Bed very hard. A little foul smell at the toilet. Still acceptable as only staying short time for sleep and shower only, and price is cheap.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. The room was on the top floor with a beautiful view. Clean, good AC, hot water, no bad smell. Free wi-fi. Super comfortable bed. We slept very well. Free parking on site. Also we can walk to a large shopping mall and a time square.

Room & toilet was very clean, aircond very cool, shower has both hot & cold options. Parking was safe well within the hotel gated area. Hotel locations was reachable to any big shopping malls. Hotel provides free hot & cold water dispenser. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommended budget hotel. 👍🏻

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to food and restaurants. The area around was very quiet and we got a good night sleep. The Hotel was well maintained and clean. The Hotel was basic but for the price it was perfect and the best Hotel I stayed in so far. Nothing to complain here.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Close to shopping centre and city centre. There is a lift, no need to walk stairs.

I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very clean and spacious room; we stayed in a family room with mountain view.

There were no cupboards or cabinets in the room to keep your things. WiFi wasn't great but manageable.

This is my 1st time stay, Nice place to stay. Very comfortable. Worth with the price. Quiet atmosphere. Not really far from parkson. Soon i will stay here more longer. Very good staff, humble & friendly.
