Amazing location, decor and breakfast

Shower tiles are slippery. I fell and hurt my leg. Could have been my head. When I informed the staff, their response was ‘oh, some people have mentioned this before’…. Please - do something before someone gets seriously hurt

i think the idea of charging the parking on an entry basis was absolutely ridiculously unacceptable. its not about the money. i guess if you are in the parking business better dont do a hospitality business. hotels is about making sure the client are happy with all the facilities even with the parking …please review the idea of charging every entry to the carpark..should have been flat rate for guest

Nice location, Imperial is 10mins walk.

1. The room service was unavailable. My spouse and wanted to have a glass of juice, however, even the in-house ground floor cafe (Atotis) had already closed. We had to go out again to get drinks. 2. We stayed in Junior Suites, we found some of the smooth surface are covered with dust. (not too much, but enough to trigger my sinus). Dust was found on the side table, on the metal of the bed lamp, on the faucets of bath tub.

Love the design of the hotel. Very modern and the toilet is so nice!

Parking is not free and is charged on per entry basis. Vehicle lift is limited hence the long queue to park the car.

Best place for Location.

Car park is a problem because once car is in the Hotel car park you cant get anything from the car if you have forgotten anything there. Plus every time you remove the car that be RM$15 weekday or RM$30 weekend. So once the car in NO GOING OUT!!

The bathroom is amazing with strong water pressure. Customer service is top-notch; The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the Imperial Mall and Bintang Megamall. Both can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The car park is very safe if you manage to find an available spot for your car. They offer free good ice cream. The TV has several channels to watch while you relax in the hotel room. Breakfast was satisfying; all the food we tried was good, especially the Sichuan chili – we really loved it! The elevator is super fast when called. They provide a water dispenser in the room, which makes it convenient to get water for drinking. The views from the rooftop are beautiful, you can see almost all of the buildings from up there.

The car park is limited, on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you don't find a spot, you have to park outside nearby the hotel. The toilet floor is very slippery, I recommend wearing anti-slippery slippers. The room has limited space to move around. The swimming pool is not suitable for kids under the age of 5 due to its depth of 1.2m. The pool area can get very crowded when there are a lot of people hanging out there.

The staffs were friendly, helpful and really nice. Room had drinking tap, similar to a water fountain with different tip and button which is really nice. Since the heat required us to stay hydrated and drink more the free drinking water was our saviour. The breakfast was amazing! My enjoyed the breakfast served there.

The space of the rooms were on the small size, for couples are fine. Taking family there might not be fun. The wait for the car is around 5mins per family/car. Waited 20mins when i arrived, i was the fourth car and checking out. I was the fourth car as well. As we were chilling at the lobby and no rush going anywhere, the wait is fine. No need to look for parking and no worry for the car to be broken into. For these positives, i feel the wait is worth the wait

I stayed two nights at Mercure Miri City Centre hotel which was really beautiful & pleasant. The hotel is clean, new and located in the town centre close to tourism attractions and shopping malls (Bintang shopping mall, Imperial Shopping mall, Boulevard shopping mall). The room is convenient with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with good-quality amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming especially Johar who tried his best to accommodate my friend to change his room. Thank you Johar. Also Liyana and Elsie were so nice and welcoming. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

The suite rooms were very spacious, breakfast was excellent. Check in and Check out was done smoothly. Staff was tentative and Helpful.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Mercure Hotel. The staffs were incredibly helpful, extremely efficient and pleasant from the front desk to the bellboy and the nicest staffs we have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly plus the 4 rooms me and family stayed in were wonderful and clean, we also went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time whilst the kids were enjoying swimming at the pool. And not to forget the auto parking our first ever experience which does not waste our time looking for a parking and it is fully secure is a big plus. Definitely recommend family or friend to check in at this Mercure Hotel.
