Pool was very big, the food was good, and the staff was friendly... facilities clean

My room at 2nd floor, no lift available and u need to use stairs to go to 2nd floor... Very inconvenient if u need to bring ur luggage with u

It is a very beautiful hotel resort, I really like the shower gel & shampoo provided in each room, they're so refreshing! Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We got the connecting rooms and we loved it! Very family friendly. Room service was also very attentive and quick. My kids also enjoyed the swimming pools very much.

Checking in time is at 1600 while checking out is at 1200. If only check in time can be a bit early at 1400 would be nicer. There is also additional charge at the property that wasn't included with the hotel booking, such extra payment can be made transparent next time with exact amount so tenants can prepare earlier on. Also we booked rooms that were a bit far away from the hotel's lobby and we had an elder with us. It was a bit of a walk to reach to our rooms with a wheelchair. But the staffs were very nice!

Twin bed is double bed size. Can fit for 4 persons. Room facilities are well maintained. Many varities of breakfast food.

Too far from other amenities. No lift so it is difficult to bring stroller in/out to lobby & restaurant. Room smell moldy and need to air out. Reception said breakfast until 11am. But they actually close at 10.45am and due to room is too far, we have to eat in a rush

Overall staffs was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. Bed very comfy. Air-conditioning good.

Having to climb up stairs to go to our rooms. Was not easy for me due to my knee problem.

The room size is large and i love it. The ambiance of the place and the lighting of the room is also nice. The pool was huge and fun to swim in. Ample pool seats around the pool with nice chairs. The staffs at the pool were also friendly and the luggage/concierge guy.

Bed is very hard in the room, i can't sleep on bed that is too hard. The bathroom counter could be decorated nicer. On our way to our room there is a huge pool of rain water (puddle) on the floors that makes an unpleasant impression of hotel maintenance. The staff making coffee in the breakfast area didn't deliver my coffee. i think he is too busy and forgot. The lobby needs some uplifts (its not as attractive as it should be but still nice). Pool umbrella sometimes loose its purpose because it was wrongly arranged. Can i position the umbrella myself?

The breakfast buffet & service was great! Delicious food. The room was alright, spacious and somewhat clean. We were there for the large pool so our kid enjoyed it & we had plenty of space to swim - not crammed with other families.

I was hoping for a shower, not a bathtub. The bathtub was somewhat clean, had molds & the toilet seat was yellow - shows how tired & old the place is. The shower curtain smelled musky which made my shower uncomfortable. The room’s door lock had dents all over, this did not make me feel safe.

breakfast is amazing! as always. we r frequent visitor so we have always know what to expect and they never fail even to this day.

i've requested a particular room, a ground one because we have toddler with stroller, they didnt accomodate. we had to drag a stroller up and down the stairs because they gv us the 1st floor. and i've requested the room nearest to the kids pool earlier but yet they dont take note. its dissapointing a bit. and i dont like the blind that cover the shower glass are control from the outside, like why? kids like to peek!

I had requested some sort of sweet surprise from the hotel during booking for both myself and my mum as we were celebrating our wedding anniversaries at Marriot. It was such a sweet surprise when we entered our rooms with rose petals and a cake with a little note wishing us prepared by the staff. The pool was huge and fun. The rooms however was so far as we brought our baby with us but overall the experience was wonderful.

Room location, perhaps offer closer room to pool and reception for family with babies and toddlers as an alternate option to connecting rooms .

The location & the pool. Beds were super comfy. Got a much better room this time. Aircond was working this time too but honestly was still a little warm & humid. I get its the climate however been to many hotels & resorts in the region & their climate control seems to manage nicely. So I'm sure a 5 star rated Marriott resort could do better. Staff was ok upon checking in. Could be more descriptive with the amenities (gym) & direction to room. Bellboy was the only one that excelled in giving us that familiar Marriott charm & genuine helpfulness.

The gym is so old n rusty. Think there are sandflies n bugs by the pool. We didn't go to the beach just hanged poolside yet got multiple bites from something.

Very nice and big swimming pool! Breakfast is awesome! Dinner is ok, but not so many varieties for vegetarian. And as a sea buffet it is not perfect. But for meat lover is perfect, because every time there is grilled options.

The pillows are not comfortable, very hard. I had a headache in the morning. No vegan milk unfortunately. Next time if I go there maybe I need to bring my own bottle. For the hotel and restaurant it is good to have at least one alternative milk such as oat or soya milk.
