Hotel Room: - good room size for family - clean and comfortable - toilet a bit small in size - got mini fridge and iron Facilities: - great mini waterpark for kids - definitely great for family vacation - children playroom a bit messy Staff: - all are good and friendly - only a few staff available - i guess they are short of staff Location: - you have to drive to the hill top - its like a short "genting trip" - not many grab can or want to go up - they have buggy service to go down - but buggy service only until 9:30pm - after 9:30pm have to walk up the hill - should extend the service bcoz people sightseeing at chenang until late night

The staff is super friendly and accommodates all my requests for my daughter's birthday. Mickey is super friendly and my kids love him. Had a really good night sleep and i can take rest knowing that my kids are safely playing within the resort facilities. Only regret is we didn't stay longer. Would love to come again.

Kids pool needs a bit of maintenance and kids play room toys need to be replaced.

the mini water park was excellent fun for the kids. few from pool is lovely. Rooms were nice clean and bid.

No food available at resort except for breakfast which was only for two people even though we payed for 4. No choice available for what you get for breakfast and the kids could not eat some of the spicy food so had mostly ordered from GRaB thankfully the resort allowed food from outside.

Cosy and easily accessible to amenities as igloos are right in front of the pool.

Toilet sewerage system not too great but manageable. Improve the food quality - pancakes didnt taste too good but the eggs are good.

I am so excited of this hotel. It is absolutely nice place to have a rest with family, and I would highly recommend it. First of all, we were provided with transfer to the hotel for free. Then, we were checked in to the hotel very quickly. The hotel design and room is really nice, and our children liked it as well. It is located in a quite area and you can relax from the noise and crowds. Beds were comfortable. Food in the cafe was wonderful. Children were excited by the swimming pool and had a lot of fun there, as well as at the hotel itself (very interesting entertainment program). The hotel’s territory is also beautiful and it was a great pleasure to walk around it. While walking along the hotel’s area, we met with hotel owner; and she was so nice and also treated us with tasty cocktails :) For sure will return there soon to have our next vacation.

Love the place so much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Haroon and his team. Environment is so quiet and far away fr crowded. Food also very delicious no matter breakfast or lunch. Definitely will come back again. :)

My kids like swimming pool so much. They have fun pool for kids, nice pool for adults, nice room (I wish I can choose it 🤧 because I'm stay 4 days 4 nights there), indoor play room for kids, gym, outdoor mini playground, nice and comfortable outside dining space and I can doo barbeque there. I'm choose to stay here after stayed at Kuah for 3 days. Staff so kind and helpful especially a foreign worker, he always at the resort and so helpful.

grab doesn't go up to the top, but if you already rent a car, there's will be no problem. When raining, it leaking at pool,gym, indoor play fot kids (leaking outside), it slippery for kids when walking

The room was clean, cozy. But a slight musty smell upon checking-in. The staff were very helpful. The pool was a great hit with the kids, the tweens loved the adult pool with giant slide, the younger ones loved the water play area. The playroom also kept them busy almost all the time we were at the hotel.

The food selection was the same most days. A variety would be nice, but having said that we still enjoyed our breakfast.

Awesome place for family with young kids. Our children love the swimming pools (both adult & splash areas). The view is stunning (overlooking Pantai Tengah) as it is located up the hill. We love to watch sunset by the pool. The room is easily accessible, as they are all right in front of the pool area. My kids love the Melon room, from the dome shape until the watermelon pillow. They gave you 2 large beds, so can easily fit a family of 4-5. Langkawi is hot, but the aircond in the room is properly sized (2.0hp), hence it is really comfortable & cooling inside.

The kids splash pool is a bit dirty, perhaps with daily maintenance (scooping leafs) would help. The queen size bed in our room is too firm to our liking. Maybe a bed topper would do the trick. Breakfast is simple but not complaining much on this, as there are other nicest place to dine near the hotel.

Small resort. Very short walk from car to room. Big pool, kids love it There were monkeys roaming around on one evening of our stay. But they still scared of human, which is good, as long as no one feed them. Hopefully the resort can remind guests not to feed the monkey.

There are 2 things i would like the resort to improve 1. Flooring seriously need repair. Tiles started to pop up and exposing sharp edges at few places. At one night, water seeped from the ground too. Can see water mark on the closet 2. There was confusion on breakfast. I'm not sure if my price includes breakfast or not. On first day, there was breakfast but none on second day. On third day, breakfast received but not on fourth day. But the cafe did sent breakfast after i asked the staff about it on fourth day
