This hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel itself is very clean and modern, rooms are spacious with all necessary facilites. Balcony with sea view was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and had so many options (eggs, asian cuisine, sweets and much more). Hotel has nice infinity pool with a bar and restaurant (good prices, happy hour for cocktails 6pm-8pm). Nice beach is approx. 4 mins walk and it was always almost empty. Hotel also offers buggy service to the beach but we haven’t used it. Hotel staff was extremely kind. Good gym, opened 24/7.

there are no covered sitting area at the beach for Aloft guests, all the chairs are reserved for the other resorts and we had to struggle to find a shade to sit.

well appointed rooms. customer centred design in room. every need and more was met. although a little far from touristy center but not too isolated. basic, not too fancy but everything was good. staff are very helpful and friendly as well.

perhaps lacking a coffee house but I travelled during ramadan and first week of borders reopening so lobby bar area being closed is understandable. i picked ocean view room however ocean view was partially covered by trees and building across the street. perhaps higher floors will have less obstructed view.

VERY clean & big rooms, SO generous with toiletries and water, very comfortable bed, good breakfast selection with open concept dining, location is also great cause Pantai Tengah isn't crowded and located near great bars and restaurants. But the best part are the staff 💕 they accommodated our last minute anniversary request and provided such good service throughout.. even a request late at night after the kitchen was close! My fiance was very happy to get his ketchup 😂

I usually prefer a beachfront hotel but in this case the hotel quality beats the beachfront.. + the beach is only less than 5 mins away!

The location of the property is really good. The room in itself is decent, not spectacular but good.

The air con wasn’t working for the first night of our stay. The panel itself was broken. The technician came around 11PM at night, replaced the panel. Room temp at the time was 29.5 and he set the temp at 18, stating room temp would reach 18 within 20min. The entire night it was super hot, none of us could sleep, and even by next morning, the temp was 24. The hotel did change our room the next day but this should have been taken care of the prior day Second feedback is on having more variety in breakfast for vegetarians. There were very limited options.

Nice Hotel, 15mins from the airport. Rooms were spacious with balcony, bean bags and inflated bed for kids. You can see the beach from the top floors. Pool was on the 3rd floor and open till 11pm. So much parking available for guests. Behind the hotel is a thick forest, where you can see some wild life. Resorts World Pier is only a 5min drive, where you can catch an amazing sunset boat cruise (prior booking required). The hotel is also not far from the popular Pantai Cenang beach. If you need a rental car, there is a Kasina rental car office nearby.

The hotel is far from the main Langkawi town Kuah, Langkawi Sky Bridge and the Kilim Geoforest Park (30-40min far), this shouldn't be a problem if you have a car. The breakfast had lot of options, but most of the food there seem bland. The hotel reception staff were really helpful, but the other staff in the restaurants and bar seemed lethargic and seemed like they have no interest to do any additional work.

The Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodated to my requirements. I asked for decorations to be added to the room for our honeymoon, this was met with a lovely decorative piece as well as hand written note. Complimentary drinks from the mini fridge was a big plus and was always restocked each day when the rooms were cleaned. The hotel had a really nice selection of buffet food for breakfast and even at peak times we were always provided with a table immediately. The hotel has a 24 hour gym for guests only to use as well as a pool that is open from 7am till 10pm which is great for a late night swim. Provided a buggy service to the beach which is located 5 mins walk. Lots of local restaurants and shops situated in a short walking distance and approx 20min drive to the airport made the location perfect. Would highly recommend and book again.

The hotel lifts can get quite hot and stuffy, would be great to have some air conditioning or a fan added in them.

Amazingly bed comfy beds. Fabulous buffet breakfast with so many choices. Great facilities including pool, bar with great music and vibes. Classes to partake, we did the batik and cooking with were great experiences. Beach a short walk of free shuttle away. Many local restaurants nearby Fantastic staff-welcoming, always smiling and caring.

Unfortunately the only downside was the pool. It looks amazing, but whilst we were there in our 9 night stay, half of the time the staff had a lot of problems to keep the water clean. Although we still did manage to swim.

Nice staff, very beautiful and spacious room and bathroom. I loved staying at Aloft. Breakfast was really amazing with so many options. One if the best breakfasts I have eaten during my travels. Beach is at walking distance, you need to cross the road and walk for like 5 mins. But if you don't like walking they have buggy available for free to pick and drop at the beach. Beach is not at all crowded so great to relax and spent some good time in quiet. Free mini bar is one more thing that i really enjoyed :D They have a nice pool with jacuzzies:D

Everything was good

We LOVE this hotel. Travelling with 3 kids, we request for 2 rooms and we got a connecting room. Kids was so happy, playing and running all around both room. It was specious & cozy indeed. Taking about staff, special thanks to housekeeping whom make both rooms clean and in order. Same goes to breakfst chef and crew just to make sure everyting in control. Thank you to you all. Facilities was great. One of the best lobby. Open, airy and lots of activity. Swimming pool was well maintain and clean too. Location wise, Pantai Cenang just few KM away, best rent a car for your holiday there in Langkawi. Definitely we will come back again but only with my wife spend time at the beach catching the sunset :)
