Stayed on one of the exec floors, the room was designed to easily set up my workstation and start working. WIFI was very good: could have video meeting with strong network connection. In-room dining menu was extensive, and the food is good across the different offerings. Basically, for work travel, you can really just rely on the hotel and not have to worry about much. Bed very supportive and comfortable. Good practice of travel sustainability: can see how waste is reduced, without skimping on comfort. I can deal with fewer towels if the bath and shower are strong and warm enough. Hotel is generally well maintained. Hotel also very respectful and courteous to all class of travellers.

I felt the locking device on my room looked a bit dated and would have appreciated an additional chain or turn handle lock; but eventually this was fine, by trial and error found out that the lock worked well.

Location, parking spot and parking rates, close to Damansara Uptown. Lovely sized room, clean and no odor. Would come again purely for the location. Quiet at night without any traffic sound since its located right beside the highway

requested from the front desk(lobby) to request for 2 bottles of drinking water due to we stayed for 3days 2nights. Requested on 1st night at 9.30pm. Waited till 10.30pm. Room service have not appeared. Walked to the front desk and request again and the staff were shocked that the water were not yet delivered. and they made a call to request again. Till next day, it was not delivered. Utter poor service by the room service staffs. to Reward Eastin Hotel a solid 10/10 is impossible if this issue occurs. Please improve the service

The room is very comfortable. Room temperature is super nice. Hot shower pressure also good and stable. Room is spacious. Basic amenities is complete. Pool is not big, but comfortable enough for children. They limit 10 people per session, and only for half an hour due to covid sop. I must praised the lighting and ambience in the room. They are brilliantly placed and make the room feel elegance and classy. And make sleeping very comfortable.

Reception guy not friendly at all. Just past me the covid consent form without saying anything. After check in, I called front desk to inquiry about buffet at the hotel but he just said "no buffet". Padahal ada je buffet kat Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine (dinner), Swez Brasserie (breakfast and Hi-Tea) dan satu lagi Dim Sum Buffet kat Ee Chinese Restaurant. All three are inside the hotel. At least explain la or promotes sikit. There were no other eateries around, mostly still closed probably due to covid. Please be aware there are no bidet in the toilet. And no wired shower feucet, only overhead shower. So be ready to wipe your ass with tissue like outdated folks.

Location and a few choices of restaurants available.

Air conditioning in the room was not working well. Although adjusted to highest fan speed and 15 degrees temperature, the room was warm. Staff didn’t remind the validation of parking using TNG card during checking out even giving the car registration number during check in. So had to quickly return back to hotel counter when at the hotel car park.

A quiet and peaceful atmosphere where you can wind down from hectic weekdays' schedule. Staff were great and accommodative. The respond time to request is good. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. The nasi lemak is a must try dish and the chicken curry is superb. In all, Eastin offers tasty food varieties including chinese and japanese cuisine. I'll be back for more.

I stayed at their Executive Dekuxe Room. Quite a large room with a lounge sofa besides the bed. It has a small living area with sofa, coffee table and a TV. In fact there's another TV in the sleeping area. There's also a work desk with comfortable chair in the sleeping area, as shown in the website. My personal opinion, with those facilities, 5 star hotel and located near KL, the price was quite low. Parking was adequate and free.

I had a very high expectations for it's breakfast buffet spread, considering the high price per pax and also it's a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations where firstly it didn't has a lot of choices. Secondly the foods were not that tasty and there's nothing much to shout about.

I like the swimming pool and the hotel design. Old fashioned hotel, but means larger room size and equipped with bath tub. Swimming pool with tropical design and trees, sitting down in the pool in a hot day while covered by the tree is so relaxing. Location is good. Nearby to many places and traffic is good.

Initially the room aircon was not so cool, we called the staff and get it fixed. Even the call centre call back to us to verify the fix - nice gesture!

I like the hotel because the room is clean and spacious, despite that the hotel was built a long time ago (easily more than 10 years). Moreover, I like the facilities as there are gym, swimming pool to enjoy after a hectic work schedule. I like the breakfast buffet too. The food is not oily and delicious and it serves a wide range of food, ranging from Malaysian, Western, Chinese and Indian food.

Nothing that I dislike. But maybe can do a bit of refurbishment to enable the hotel room to look newer.

Good location

Check in was a bit slow Specially at 11pm at night Regarding communication between hotel: when I book they send weird message “about some request and it will be happen incase its available” didn’t do any request! And txt them but 0 replies, specially when I boom last moment and whole trip was worried if room will be available.

Had an event nearby, brought my parents along for a short vacation during the weekend. The breakfast was pleasant - plenty of choices. Loved the omelette especially. The room was spacious. You can actually feel the 'time' as the hotel is quite...seasoned. But nothing will make you uncomfortable, at least to me it doesnt. The staff were all very welcoming, even surprised us with a free upgrade! All in all it was a very nice stay. My parents loved every part of it and so am I.

Nothing. Everything was great. Except, you have to pay for a prayer mat - about RM10. Thought I would get a new one, but instead was given a used one, with some tears to it. Dont know if they were trying to get rid of their old prayer mats or what.....it was really weird
