The staff was very cordial and supportive. A big thanks to Mr Syed and Ms Chitra, the reception staff. Our room(family room) was spacious for two adults and one teenager to sleep comfortably. There was no noise or any other disturbance during our stay. The hotel being located just opposite to the Pyramid Mall made it even more convenient in terms of shopping. Entrance to the Sunway Lagoon was just across the street. Easy access to the canopy walk helped us explore the place. The WiFi provided by the hotel was also good. The Seven Eleven shop and ABC Bistro solved our breakfast and snack needs. The place felt safe as the street had people commuting even late at night. The other guests staying there were mostly families or elderly couples.

Breakfast options were limited, so we chose not to take it through the hotel. Instead we went and ate at the Bistro directly.

The indirect lights in the room allow for a more cozy stay. Important to have cash for the deposit while checking in, which is fast. I was a little earlier than plan and they let me put my bags on hold before being able to check in.

The room is great for 1 person. I believe 2 people would feel a bit crowded already. No window, but I guess that also helps to be very quiet. If you only need the room to sleep and go early to the airport the next day, it's fine.

I like that you have rooms provided for a family of 5. It's our second time back here.

A bit upset that there was no mini chiller. No doubt the hotel provide a vending machine but at time customer may need to keep something they bought chilled. Can also look into cleaniless of toilet a lil more. The floor is a little sticky. And some hair strands around.

Water dispenser was on first floor and had to go down for water. Water dispenser should be on each floor.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city center and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great

Strategic place, had utilities especially lift and wifi. easy walk to mall nearby to the hotel. friendly staff and treat the customers nicely. my spouse almost lost her rings in the sink and the staff was helpful to help!

Location ok. Would prefer the hotel let its customer know what food will be served. Otherwise it is up to the eatery to give whatever they wish to. For eg, not able to get 'teh tarik'. Beehoon serve does not have 'sunny side-up' or hard boiled egg

I have better control over the aircon. (The hotel cld set a low temperature limit fo r a better carbon footprint)

Outstanding property that is close to access the near by location for shopping. The front desk staff is very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The property is spotless and exudes wonderful vintage charm. Overall, I had a nice stay at the hotel; the personnel was very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were excellent. The room was excellent and spotless, and it was ideal for a birthday weekend celebration.

Super great location, went here for a music festival, can rest well after the music festival at Sunway Lagoon as it’s walking distance from there. Staff was super nice as I left my Apple Watch in the room and they manage to find it and keep for me.
