Really like the room because biggest and facing exactly the seaview. The food during breakfast is so tasty 😋😋😋 Staff's at reception really helpful even the housekeeping also... Thank you to the Safe Guard duty at pool good give me Thier chair to seat because the seat are provided is fully used by other guests....

It's too early too check out at 11.00 am because we had a bit late check in because the traffic very bad ..so better maintain the check out time 12.00pm and maybe can give a bit compromise to extend a bit late check out not exceed the 1.00pm..

Allow all swimmers to your pool ... without prejudice

The bed, the bath tub, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the convenience, the breakfast, the view, the swimming pool, the free car park, the excess ability, the room service menu, lift was fast and all working, the drinking water is not plastic bottle, and everything else is superb!

The early 11am check out which was quite rushing, the crows when sitting outdoors for breakfast, the long walk to the beach, no setup cutlery during breakfast, waited long queues for fry eggs, around 10am fruits only left watermelon, the room 1113A toilet flush button was installed wrongly have to open the cover to press full flush, and the lift is hot with no ventilation or Aircon.

Breakfast spread was worth waking up to. Except my omelette tasted a little funky.

1. Access to the beach and the pool - the hotel targets family with small kids so the facilities leans toward that.. 2. The attitude of front desk staff. Either too loud or too timid. Plus as the first face of the hotel you’d expect to be greeted warmly and with a smile but instead was greeted with their sour face. The same experience during check out.

The staff are super great. Really appreciate their smiles and hospitality. The room is big and cosy. The pool is nice. The location is great. Was planning to try the spa/treatment but not enough time. Will come back again with family. And thank you for the free upgrade.

I actually booked room with jacuzzi/bath tub and balcony with sea view, however, upon arrival, i've got an upgrade, to exclusive pool villa, with a swimming pool instead and double queen bed, which too big for just 2 of us. If i know this earlier, probably i can bring along my kids. The tv also not so clear..can't watch it due to the pictures was not sharp and lots of dots. I also didn't fancy the roti canai during breakfast, hard and not fully cooked.

Staff were very friendly and nice. Pool was a good size. Let us check out late for free - that was really appreciated. Free upgrade as well to a gorgeous villa - could not complain about the place we stayed.

Location is in the middle of nowhere with no shops nearby. Meant that we could not buy anything without a 15min walk at a minimum. No alcohol at all on the site - which is a little annoying but common for Malaysia. Wifi was almost none existent in the room.

The bed is comfortable, not too stiff nor too soft. The pillow however is on the hard side, I wish it was softer. The hotel furniture looks a little aged but everything is clean. I stayed at a chalet, didnt hear the sea wave at all, good sound proofing. EV charging is available. Thank you for the service, the staff is really friendly. I have no complaints for the price I paid.

The bathroom light is too dim. The bathroom sliding door stuck, can't open fully.

Room very spacious, comfortable for our family (4 pax) to stay in together. Two big beds, comfortable to sleep. Balcony with clear sea-view. Nice to sit and relax, watching the sunset/sunrise. Very calm. Breakfast very good, staffs are good. Not forgetting the security guards very good as well. Parking space good. Surely will visit again.

Nothing much to complain, except the followings: # the furniture, the tiles, looks a bit old. Just need polish up to bring out the shining. # Wall painting or wall paper, just a touch-up could bring better and brighter look. # bathroom glass door, makes screeching noise. Just need fixing.

The room was spacious and clean ! The buggy service is excellent and smooth check in as well and what I like the most is the breakfast buffet!!! The food is so good ! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable.

Nothing in particular. Is just that we didn’t know that we were required to wear Swimsuit ONLY if you wanted to swim at the pool. Fibre type of clothes are not allowed as well. But that’s not a problem tho ^^
