Stayed with my wife for 3 days 2 night ... let's begin with : 1. The car park. I felt so safe parking at the hotel, so bright and clean and with security around the clock. 2. At the reception counter, very friendly staffs, always smiling. 3. Excellent room, clean, spacious and very very quiet. 4. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The staffs was very polite and helpful. 5. Food around Puchong are abundants. Many food varieties to go for a meal.

The only draw back I have, is you can't walk on foot from the hotel. You need to have a car to move around.

- The service was top notch, had a problem with connecting the HDMI from my Android TV box to the LG TV, the technicians came in after calling at 12am midnight after checking in and diligently troubleshooted the problem. - Eventhough the mall (M Square) below is closed, the hotel is still thriving and surviving well on its own with no signs of deterioration, and still having lots of guests checking in. - I love that it is a 10 minutes walk to the Putra Perdana LRT (Sri Petaling-Sentul line) that connects 2 stops to Putra Heights LRT (Kelana Jaya-Gombak line), very convenient.

There isn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel, only thing that could suggest is to maybe find a way to reopen the mall below the hotel for the convenience of guests that might not want to travel far or order from Grab/FoodPanda/ Shopee Food

A simple boutique hotel with all the essential facilities includes a proper side outdoor swimming pool & gym facility, restaurant and a simple room with microwave where can heat up food. There’s also a launderette. Free car parking. The LRT to KL centre is only 10 mins walk. The room is spacious, clean & modern with good quality shower products. Food at the restaurant is good - breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner as well as room services. Staff are friendly and professional. Quietness and safety is very important to me. This hotel meets all my requirement. If there’s a small sofa/arm chair in the room, I would give the hotel a full 10 marks. Actually I didn’t request for it. If I do, I believe the hotel can fulfil that requirement.

Generally haven’t able to find fault with this hotel yet.

I love the fact that they had a laundry room. easy for us to wash our clothes, dry them and pack them back to check out later. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful too. Since it was my first time staying there, I have to thank all the staffs at the reception for being so helpful... from check-in to check-out.

My legs are super sensitive to sand and I think the inside parts of the blankets should be dusted or vacuum since I got some skin infection after the first night. Please do a bit of vacuuming of room 2321 for the next guests.

The stay was comfortable, and the room was clean with moderate facilities. But I m not satisfied with breakfast spread. They didn't have any choice for vegetarians. I wouldn't mind paying Rm48, but they could have had more choices of breads, fruits, cereals , or overnight oats. It's would be appreciatable if you could have more salads with choices of vegetarian dressings. I would surely recommend if the food is improved. Thank you

Consistency- have stayed in this hotel for quite a few times, the service and the standard of the room have been very consistent. So it met my expectations as it remains as satisfactory as it was compared to the previous stay. Cleanliness and amenities- upgrades of shower amenities and the room was reasonably clean.

Room sensor- was woken up by these automatic electric sensor, the "tick" sound that suddenly turned my room into pitch black in the middle of night gave me a jump. However, the staff acted quickly to turn those sensors off as soon as I feedback the issue to them. This might be an issue for guests who stay only for a night as it kind of already disrupted the sleep. But I was lucky enough to enjoy few more nights of uninterrupted rest. Location- not a very strategic location to anywhere, it won't be an issue if you are driving there.

Hilton Garden Inn covers all the essential expectation. Friendly and attentive staffs. Will do their best to accomodate your request Overall very pleasant stay and experience Good spread chpices of breakfast buffet, good taste and particularly enjoyed their curry mee! Plenty of parking space.

The outdoor view so called lake view isnt that nice really.. dobt expect good relaxing scenary.. but not a biggy Your eyes will caught on first on the car park spaces and probably cobstruction dumping area first. Again it doesnt reallt affect my overall experience rating nonetheless

Mr Kumar ( GM ) All the staff is fantastic service was excellent and staff were very attentive I'm really proud of your all the staff. Mr Vija very friendly, we when for breakfast at the restaurant my son like bee hoon 2 days the Indian lady chef cook for him and send it to the our table friendly and work with heart, and one for the Chinese mgr at the restaurant he's service fantastic. I having problem with booking flight, The amazing guy very patient at the front desk duty manager Indian Mr Vimal he really take lots of effort to book the flight for us, Especially my son is very happy with stay with Hilton hotel Inn Puchong

Food and service

The location was great as I love staying out skirt of town, and I don't like booking anywhere I go with breakfast, so that was not a problem.

I liked the quietness of the hotel and location, The staffs were helpful, The service also is great. The place is very clean The receptionist was very helpful and understanding when we checked in and even when we checked out. If I decide to go back to Malaysia I won't mind return back there. The only thing they need to improve on is the restaurant to open at night especially when you have late arrival.
