It's quiet and you have a room for your own. Price is a bit higher than a dorm but it's more comfortable. I had a good sleep in 5 hours before taking another flight. Highly recommend if you have a long transit and need a quiet place to sleep.

It's in middle of no where and I dont see any convenience store around. So, prepare yourself with drink and snack ahead.

ITs 15 min driving far from airport, and they provides shuttle up on request, the room in ground floor is reached my expectations, and value for the money

The Name board of the hotel is not clear, the building saws different name and google and booking.com using different name, and they hanging a banner which is improper to recognize

staff - friendly, kind enough to change for ground floor when they see us with huge baggages as they provide no lift room- quite OK for the price, got basic amenities like kettle and towel . they charge rm50 for deposit and return when u check out. location- distance wise suitable for transit, took 15minute to reach klia. Took a grab for rm30 🥲 for one way , hotel dorsnt provide shuttle to and fro airport.

Nice room, if a bit small. Everything worked (except tv?). Window ...... yes! Good air-con, comfy beds. Good with kettle. Good Indian restaurant in same block Could you promote it a bit?

Only that Taxi driver had sllght problems finding it from KLIA 2. EITHER Googlemaps/ Waze was not up-to- date or he couldn't follow it. ROADWORKS? Taxi back to airport next morning went fine. Close!

Overall very satisfactory. The room is clean, the equipment is neatly organized and functional. Close to the airport and easy to get necessities. The room price is also reasonable.

The bathroom door has a little problem, it`s hard to open.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very kind of the staff, a Mr. Simon to help me quired and booked a 10-seater van to take my family and I to KLIA with very reasonable rate. Grab food service is available. Hotel is good for a transit stay.

i found the room absolutely wonderful, small but not suffocating and the wifi was *chef's kiss*. also i saw a free gym, although I did not have the time and clothes to utilize it but i'm impressed.

the location sadly. there wasnt any shops and i dont blame the hotel.

Near to airport, comfortable room, OK for one night with late check-in in.

Despite no smoking signs, people smoke in the communal areas outside our ground floor room so the smell was awful.
