the hotel was good, good location near the airport

We could not get breakfast because we did not reserved it ahead of time and also for a hotel near the airport I was expecting a free shuttle to the airport but that was additional cost

I love the feeling to have such a comfortable place to rest to catch my flight for the next day. My experience is good because I’m alone in the dorm, but I think if the place is occupied, I think it’s suitable for people who doesn’t mind have people around them because its not a private room. And the price is so reasonable, thanks god because it help student or anyone needy like me to rest

The shower doesn’t have heater 😂 scared to go bath because it’s cold (yknow after woke up and go to the toilet from room with aircond to bath but the shower is not hot 😂) I wish you guys have shuttle or scheduled transporter to go to klia1 or klia2 😍👍🏻

The staff was very friendly ☺️, very clean and tidy place to stay, not gonna lie but the light on the building at night was stunning 🌆💫 my favorite place at the hotel was the massage chair 😂 never get bored by seating and relax my mind while waiting for my grab driver to arrive plus there are many restaurants/cafe near the hotel very easy for us to go and eat there 🍝🍛, i would love to stay again at this hotel very recommended 4 Star ⭐ from me 🤝🏻😝

It's just that the area have many unique people 🤌🏻 staring at you went you walk out from the hotel at night 😂 no offense had no issues with them some of them are very nice they don't bother anyone just to be clear but the place was amazing 😌

We stayed a night at this hotel and the hotel can keep our suitcases during our tour to Cameron Highlands and Thailand. All the staffs are very helpful. Hotel room very clean and modern. The staff also help me to keep my cheeses and chocolate in the fridge till we come back to stay for our last night.

It's really close to the airport that it enabled me to send my colleagues to the airport at dawn. I stayed on after for work, and they conveniently offered to extend my stay by 2 hours (at a price of coz!) which I appreciate. ,The room fits just enough for us that travels for work, and the wi-fi and comfort of the room is just nice. Thank you very much for the stay, I can say the hotel is somehow unique in its decorations and appearance, but it was really a hit-and-run kind of stay for me at the time.

I think everything's nice. Be wary of cats in the general area of the hotel and their droppings.

It is 15 mins from KL airport.

Not many food places in walking distance. The places nearby take advantage of tourists and charge 3x the price you would normally expect to pay. I stayed because I was on my way home and I didn't have enough money to stay in KL and travel one hour to the airport. I'm a student, and by no means wealthy.

Location is near to airport. Can park and leave my car at the hotel parking with confident and safe, with minimal fees. There also transportation from hotel to the airport, so convenient

The hotel staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in past their regular check-in hours. The hotel is close to the KLIA International airport so it makes it convenient for anyone who is looking for a place for a day to catch a flight.

There is limited choices for dining near the hotel.

The cleanliness of Room 209 was disappointing, with dust everywhere. It was noticeable even without close inspection.

- Easy to access for customers from Nilai, Sepang, KLIA. - Have 2 elevators. - Friendly staff. - Parkings. - Modern and cozy rooms. - Nice bathroom. - Affordable.

- A bit slow WiFi. - Small pillow and they only provides two pillow. The headboard is hard, so maybe should improvise by providing bigger pillow, or four pillows (if small). - The mattress is old I think, might cause back pain.
