I love how the hotel incorporates Islamic practices into their service, like playing dzikir over the speakers. The staff also seem very helpful with our belongings.

The basement parking is extremely tight, our car is a Vellfire, and it took us over 20 minutes to navigate through every corner. Plus, the staff didn’t explain why the price charged was different from what was shown on the app and at the counter. A bit of clarification would have been helpful.

I stayed in room 1508. I wonder if The room above me was occupied because i keep hearing people running upstairs and i can hear them walk too even if it was midnight. I couldnt sleep during my last day there

was able to have an early check-in since we arrive at about 2pm and we enjoyed the room facilities. our room had a bathtub and king bed. Everything else was perfect, with a surau at level 4 of the hotel. didn't try the spa but will definitely stay here again to possibly try it the next time I intend to be in Shah Alam. The hotel is also about 50m from the museum, friendship garden between Japan and Malaysia as well as the Blue Mosque. Good spread for breakfast and friendly staff.

It would be nice if we had a separate shower area so I won't have to worry about my mum using the shower in the bathtub due to the need to climb in to access the shower.

I had stayed here many times but this was the first time I took a suite. I needed the large space to accomodate and reorganise the many pieces of luggage my family and I were bringing to Sabah for my daughter's work transfer over there. It serves these purposes well. And the large space also gave us the right raya celebration mood while on the move. We can't choose the dates of transfer but we sure can make the best raya feeling as we can when not at home. The view of the grand mosque gave us such a feeling.

The staffs are great! Very friendly and gave good hospitality. Muslim friendly hotel and good place to stay if you have an event to attend at Stadium Melawati/Shah Alam (only 10minutes drive)

All parking full. Our room smells like “carpet” and when i tried to fill up the bathtub, the water didnt come out nicely and made the floor a bit wet, had to use turn the tap water a bit slower.

Love d location. The car Valet staff very good & informative. Front Desk need to be persuaded for my 2 rooms to be on same floor altho already requested connecting rooms earlier. After much persuasion 20mins/ unnecessary; only then 2 rooms on same floor allocated. Thanks. Breakfast buffet was great. Breakfast room service shld have more healthy choices. Eg. Chicken Porridge or Muesli. Comfy beds & Clean.

Some refurbishmnt in my room needed. Repaint d wood panels/ door.

I reached the hotel earlier than expected and it was so kind of the reception guy who attended to let me check in before 3pm. My triple Deluxe room with 1 large bed and 1 single bed - the room has mosque view 😍 and was really really spacious. There's extra space which can fit 3 - 6 persons to perform jemaah prayers. Bed was comfy and the toilet was clean.

The single bed was not properly made unfortunately 😕

This is my third time staying here at the hotel, and as always, I love their wide variety of different cuisines for breakfast. Especially their teh tarik that I kept coming back for. I also love their designated swimming pool time for ladies. Also, I love the mosque view from my room.

Staying at Mardhiyyah Hotel is comfortable. Listening to the verses of the Quran at the registration counter and elevator was very pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious. Lots of food options. The staff are all nice. The room was tidy. The internet is also fast. It's just that the room price is quite expensive. Overall the stay here was very good. Kids have fun too

The room is very clean

the receptionist for checkout firstly, was not able to help me with the requested bill. It is because the staff from the previous shift did not communicate with her. So she takes time about 10 minutes to generate my request. My friend and I were late to reach for the meeting that morning. the staff at the jockey counter on the night shift did not focus on the request and just keep silent and ignored me when I asked for the car key, but the staff who mobile work at the parking lot is very helpful and try to help us 2 times, I don't know why the staff at the jockey counter was blur. Overall the service was good.
