Ceiling in toilet has holes, not clean, feels insecure Water hose leaking Body soap and shampoo are supplied but look like used by somebody else, bottles left open No complimentary drinks, even mineral water has to be paid if consume

I didnt expect that the room is so huge, got some space to do work, kitchen and bedroom area. I travel alone for work but definitely will recommend others to stay here. The room size can fit up to 4 pax, can request extra mattress. Staff also good in explaining how to check in.

I think they may add additional toiletries such as toothbrush and paste, mineral water etc.

The room was very spacious and comfortable .....which means stress free...and instructions given were really accurate....staff whom i contacted regarding check in time was really a help, and polite....so my stay was awesome 🤗

It's not that i didnt like but management can make some improvements regarding basic amenities in bathroom....upgrade their quality rather than products from eco shop...provide a dishrack to dry the plates, i guess

My parent love this place, it was so comfort, looking fancy, wide room, u can adjust ur water temperature, using airconds, privacy place, quiet and calm, there was Petronas and Shell near this place. If u book on Thursday, there got Night market nearby this place. Car parking was also provided in Basement, Level 1 and Level 2. Very Recommended!

The room was spacious & very clean. Facilities & furniture are tip top with added value like the children tent, titbits available & clean towels available. Very thoughtful for family stay

An improvement on the bathroom & few plug points were not working (but there are many plug points available but need to test which one can be used 😅. Challenges on wifi too.

no water at toilet sink. difficult to wash hand, brush teeth, etc. need go to shower for that.

Value for money, the room is very big and spacious. 3 air-con in a room. Microwave was very convenient for us. Lots of cabinets to hang the clothes. Helpful and always fast response from the host/proprietor. Very kind and helpful.

Everything! The rooms the bathrooms as well as the big mirrors. The bed is really nice as well. Would probably come back here if we need to stay at that area again. The staff were also helpful with all the clear and proper instructions given and easy check in and check out as well.

The wifi is a bit slow so its affecting the netflix

Firstly the price was amazing. Hope no changes in the price. Room was so spacious and clean. Great location. Toiletries were complete. Coffee, biscuit and water available for free and other drinks in fridge with a price. Staff Suraya was very polite and attentive. Car park was easy accessible and free. I would book it again
