1. The floor have a bit of sand, plus when came back from the beach causes more sand on the floor. Hopefully, there is broom provided to sweep the sand away 2. The room sound insulation is not as good as expected, able to hear other people speaking if walk pass the door 3. Poor aeration at second floor, need to turn on the aircon after awhile to make it feels better 4. The room is a little bit dark, can open the curtains 5. The nearest convenient store is a bit far, around 10mins walking distance

Location is good! Nice sandy beach just few steps away from the Lodge(1or2 minutes walk). All rooms are located at ground floor so no worry of climbing stairs with heavy luggage! The bed is comfy, cleanliness is acceptable. The lodge provide washing machine and dryer (chargeable) and guest can use the kitchen at common area. Free tea/coffee & water dispenser cold/hot are provided. Parking is inside the property's own compound which I feel safe!

At night time can hear the next door Borabora bar's music but we are ok with it since we don't sleep early. The side way/walkway to the beach is not clean, rubbish everywhere!

location near food stalls and beach, room comfy and clean, nice ambience, lots of facilities such as shared fridge, laundry area, filtered hot & cold water dispenser, microwave, toaster, kitchen sink. Friendly host and staff. Easy self check-in and check-out. Love to highlight that my children finds the messages, signage posted in the room and around the property funny, entertaining yet informative.

Not a lot of power sockets available in the room just 1 downstairs suitable for the kettle and hairdryer, 2 besides the bed upstairs. I would like to suggest to add more downstairs. Need to use the narrow and steep stairs to go down to the beach area. not suitable access for elderly and disable.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy spot near the beach. The parking was safe and convenient, the accommodations were spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The best part was being just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Extremely convenient location to the beach and easy check-in procedure. Extra point for the cute resident cat and her kittens!

The shower was quite cold despite it being on the highest setting. Although I must admit, I didn't have the opportunity to inform the receptionist.

I like how it is exactly the way its advertise, and so clean, so convenient enough

Um probably the only downside that it is so noise transparent, but since i solo traveled, it does help with me not feel like im too alone. And i love how i can literally hear the waves sound at the back.

The location is great. There are hawker center area and lotus shopping center nearby. Eating and shopping are very convenient. It takes less than two minutes to walk to the beach. Very cost-effective homestay.

The only downside is that public transportation is inconvenient, and you need to drive or take Grab to get to other tourist attractions.

The room was very clean. Beach is just a 2 minute walk away.

Chairs in the room were too low and small for a bigger size person and or with back issues. Was informed to pay tourist and heritage taxes upon arrival, MYR10 & 2 per night. These should have been mentioned on the website.

Good location and glad the Tv has access to Netflix and YouTube, very near walking distance to food court. Short drive to Tesco as well if you wanna stock up on some snacks.

Water pressure of the toilet bowl could be stronger. If you want to purchase some basic amenities, need to drive to nearest Tesco.

I like the location, walking by for 1 minute only to the beach! and the beach is so beautiful, besides they have good wifi and Netflix too. However, I enjoy my stay.

the sound from the bar is too noisy, they karaoke at midnight. Plus, the ceiling was too low. and there is no small fridge.
