An incredible experience at the hotel and everything was super organized and clean. I recommend it. Good service, excited to be there.

Russel the owner is very friendly and his breakfasts are delicious.Lots of seafood restaurants to choose from and short distance to and from airport .Excellent bay view from room and terrace.

This was an incredible stay in Malta, and the highlight was undoubtedly the amazing hospitality provided by the host. They were super friendly and relaxed, always available to help with anything we needed, from local tips to any special requests. The location is great, just a short walk to the coastline with charming boats and restaurants, making it perfect for a relaxing seaside atmosphere. Waking up every morning to a fresh, delicious breakfast prepared by the host was such a great way to start the day. You can really feel how much care they put into making sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. If we come back to Malta, this will definitely be our first choice!

I loved everything. The breakfast was amazing and the room very clean. We told our host that we couldn’t get breakfast in our last day due to the flight being so early, but he brought us croissants, juice and a banana . He made us feel very welcomed and very good through our stay. I totally recommend this guesthouse. It is indeed 10/10 in my opinion. He made sure that we were comfortable, had everything and always there in case we had a question. The cleaner was such a nice lady too. I have a very old toy that I take around with me 🤣and she made sure that the toy was arranged on the pillow. So cute! Honestly, you should book this if you want the best holiday

We were very happy with our stay at this wonderful guesthouse! Our hosts were exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, from picking us up at the airport, to delivering us a takeaway breakfast when we left for our early flight! The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean with an amazing view of the harbour. Breakfast was delicious and included a good variety with a choice of Continental, Traditional English breakfast or Omelette with cold and hot beverages and bread/toast. Great location with lots of restaurants and public transportation nearby. Highly recommend

We LOVED everything!! Russel is the kind of model host that everyone wishes to meet while on holidays! He's available and ready to listen to your plans and offer wonderful suggestions to make them better! The location is impeccable near the waterfront of the small authentic fishing village Marsaxlokk with bus stops at a 1min or 5min walk. Lots of nearby restaurants (I especially recommand the one downstairs)! I must say that the duration of the bus travels to visit other places in Malta is to be taken onto consideration but coming back to La Reggia and enjoying the full moon in Marsaxlokk waterfront made it all worth it! The breakfast on the terrace is an amazing way to start the day in Malta with great views of the fishing boats and 3 rich breakfast options proposed by Russel. The room was comfortable and spotless clean with room cleaning done every day. I recommand staying there without any hesitation!

Very nice accommodation. The owner is super friendly, will give you tips where to go, eat, bath. You can choose from 3 types of breakfast. We found it ok. Basic but nothing to complain about. The guesthouse is on the main street so theres everything near, yet still quiet. Sea view from the balcony is perfect.

Parking is tricky in this area, you must have luck to park. But theres big free parking lot 5 mins by foot from the guesthouse.

We had an excellent 4 nights stay in La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse. For starters, Marsaxlokk is a beautiful place to stay. In our room we had a balcony to enjoy the view of the Sea and the harbour. It was quiet at nights and curtains blocked the light really well. The air conditioner worked really efficiently and cooled the room quickly. The room was very clean and the host was providing cleaning service every day. We didnt need it every day, but if you wish, there is a choice. There was a delicious breakfast of your choice every day. The host was offering 3 breakfast options: continental, english breakfast and an omlette. There was an iron in our room, so we could iron our clothes, which was very useful. We were on the 2 floor and used stairs, but it was possible to use the elevator as well. Overall, there was really friendly environment and the host made sure that we had everything we need. He was friendly and helpful. We recommend this guesthouse if you are visiting Marsaxlokk.

Everything was perfect. We had no negative emotions or experience there.

The view from the balcony was fantastic and we could see the sunrise from there as well as the harbor with the colorful fishing boats. Good and rich breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Everything in Marsaxlokk is super close by. Room was spacious and clean.

The bar in the building on the ground floor as well as the road is very noisy till midnight, you should bring earplugs as the window is not sound proof. Breakfast service is super slow when there are many people at the same time waiting for it. One should not be in a hurry. I also have to give one point less due to conflict management. My card was blocked by the bank due to suspicious activities. If I hadn't gotten the bank to unblock it, the owner would not have allowed my husband to make a money transfer from Germany to the hotels' account despite immediate proof of payment. I mean, seriously, what else could I have done if not for the bank clerks' mercy on the phone? Not very professional and there should be some algorithms in the hotel for dealing with that type of emergency.
