On a quiet street 2 min from the waterfront.Buses there to Valletta and the airport. The ferry to Gozo too.We had an immaculate large flat and good facilities with very comfortable beds. I was promised a balcony with street view if possible and this was given to us after 3 nights. The staff were professional and friendly and available every day. Oscar , in charge of cleaning, moved us to another apartment in the same building and gave us directions to Mdina. He was so helpful and friendly.

I ran out of hot water twice when I took long showers. We could not find English spoken programs on the tv. We couldn’t sign in on Netflix so I think there is only tv, which would have really mattered had I been alone.Please provide an adapter for the 2 pin toaster because all sockets are British 3 pin.

The apartment was spacious and tidy. The location is great. The apartment has a very, very long hallway. We didn't mind it because the kids had fun with it. Right next door was a big store with everything you need which was also a big plus.

The apartment had a terrace but in bedroom and also had a view of other buildings. There was a large window in the living room but it looked out onto the street and since we were on the first floor, it wasn't very convenient. We had problems with the keys, the lock didn't work so it took about an hour for them to fix it. We also had a short power outage because the toaster was broken but that was fixed pretty quickly. It was strange how they immediately knew that the power went out because of the toaster???

Spacious comfortable apartment, clean. Room's cleaned regularly. All you needed for a short break.

Could have done with a little more cooking facilities for a self-catering apartment. We only stayed for a week but would have eaten in more if we were longer. No sink plug or bowl for washing up. No dust pan and brush available to use if needed had to wait for cleaners. We had requested a low floor as one member of family with restricted mobility, however there was a lift which worked, so wasn't a problem.

Great hotel and very affordable! The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the sea, the promenade, restaurants and bars... Tidy, clean, all praise! The pool on the roof is smaller but very nice! We were delighted by Neda from the reception! Very pleasant, kind, full of patience, really all the best things about her. The same applies to manager Dragana. We will definitely return to this accommodation again!

The beds should be a little more comfortable, but it didn't spoil the stay.

The Sea View apartment has beautiful views and is on the main road with bars and restaurants nearby. The valletta Ferry Service is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is huge and has a washing machine, shampoo and body wash which is great you are travelling light.

We had a slight mix-up with our apartment. We had booked a sea view apartment. However, we were allocated a different apartment inland. After a discussion with the manager, all was sorted, and we were offered breakfast one morning as an apology. The photos on booking.com show the sea view apartment. If that is the apartment you want, make sure you book a sea view.

Staff was very nice and deserve 10 of 10. This goes to stuff in blue bay app and also to the stuff in hotel where we had breakfast. Room was nice sized. Also for paking place there is no problem. There is a lot of public parking and it is free. Also location is great - just enough away from all noise at nigh but only few steps (like 3 min walk) from all bars and restaurants of all types. For going out at evening this is great location. Also in same street there are at least 4 supermarkets (first is one min away) which is very convenient also because for buying drinking water. For Sliema there is ap. 5-10 min walk.

I looked room with the kitchen because I wanted to prepare meals for my baby. Otherwise I would look for regular room. I was suprised how small amount of dishes there was - only one pan and one pot without lid and that was all. No board for cutting or knife - there was only knife for cuting bread that was not suitable for cutting vegetables or meat or pealing an apple. So I bought one knife for all that which cost was 2 eur. That is my suggestion for managment because is no cost but it means a lot. One more pot would be also great because I needed to boil water for baby and with one pot is difficult to cook food at same time.

We really loved our stay there. We were hesitant to take it because of some of the negative reviews we saw online but we loved the location and decided to give it a shot. I’m glad we did. The staffs were all nice and always helpful. There are restaurants and supermarkets just few minutes walk.

The apartment had a smell we didn’t like when we first got in. We went to the supermarket next door and got scented candles and air fresheners. That took the smell away.

Location is good. Bus station is 3 mins walk. A lot of convenient shops around. Some rooms are really small and some are really spacious. There’s cutlery and things you need for cooking (but there’s no oil or salt and pepper). A bit pricey for what it offers, but stuff was really nice and helpful.

It’s not soundproof. It can be very loud especially when the doors are closing. Beds are uncomfortable. For me it was painful to sleep.

CLEAN ROOMS FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN SURPRISE THAT THE STAFF WASHED THE DISHES THAT WERE LEFT OUT DAILY CHANGE OF TOWELS DAILY CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT THE HOTEL EMPLOYEE LEADS US FROM RECEPTION TO THE APARTMENT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. NO RESERVATIONS EVERYTHING AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY HOTELS AND I CAN RECOMMEND THIS ONE.

IT RAINED ONE DAY AND WE DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING

The location is great, two grocery stories nearby, and also bus stops. Under 15 minutes by bus to Valletta. Restaurants, bars etc. Quiet and 24/7 reception open. So you don't have to call or have a door code and that makes arrival easy! Kitchen utensils should have been a little better or there were just a couple of them. But there was enough to make pasta or cooking, maybe I have just get used to have more also. But a little kitchen with a good fridge and also freezer was great. Also it was clean. The cleaners were polite and nice. The Rooftop pool area was quite a nice extra for the apartment. We liked to stay here, we were here 8 nights.

There was nothing that would have been a problem. Our key card to the room wasn't working sometimes.
