We had a wonderful vacation, the hotel is very comfortable and modernly decorated. Srdjan from the reception is very professional, kind and always willing to help. The breakfast is at the level of the best hotels in the world...

One big problem is the spa area inside the hotel. Local people come to the gym and swimming pool, I had to turn around a couple of times and go back to the room with the children. Too many people who are not guests. You need to make an improvement and solve the problem.

Property was excellent, food was divine especially at the terrace/bar and the different pool levels were fantastic! Allowed for peaceful holiday

No toiletries and no tea replacement in the room. Some staff were inexperienced and didn’t handle themselves well (one member sought the need to explain to me what choux pasty should taste like when I didn’t like the dessert and thought it as dry - having eaten it at many Michelin star restaurants).

We loved the 5 star top notch service from an incredible team. From Breakfast, lunch to evening dinner. The helpful team at front desk and also help with our luggage. Nothing was a problem. Such a friendly & helpful crew. Heavenly beds, soft pillows, pillow scent to ease your mind. Toiletries in both bathrooms from dental kits to cotton pads and buds.. Ideally situated also. Walking distance to Portomaso and Spinola Bay. Beautiful outdoor heated pool. Gym, spa. Various restaurants. Quadro & Palios. Incredible sea views from.our room. Beautiful patio furniture. We stayed in 4400 middle Bay suites. This Hotel has it all.

Hotel was exactly as we expected.. So clean and comfortable. The staff were so accomating and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional with its vast choices and great service Well done Dagonara Westin

Didnt like no direct access to indoor pool but had to walk through workout area in fitness club

The Staff made this Hotel. Well trained, polite, helpful and actively spoke to guests around the public areas. The food was delicious in all outlets. The hotel itself is very nice. Being Christmas around our stay , it was Tastefully decorated. The New Years Eve Gala was fantastic.

The noise insulation between rooms, especially where inter connecting doors are in the rooms, is poor. We had booked 2 rooms, and we requested to move from them. The staff were great dealing with this request. Once we were moved, it was much better and we all slept well. The Hotel grounds are impressive , but the immediate surroundings outside the grounds are not so appealing , buildings are not maintained and look un kept. Just my observations , but felt perfectly safe at all times.

As a family, we enjoyed the help of the staff as they helped us with my husband's surprise birthday. It was a great stay everything was immaculate one of the most hygienic places I've been to. There were many spectacular facilities such as restaurants, pools, trip planning and service. The rooms have private jacuzzis and in the evening it was a breathtaking experience as the sun set. As we planned this trip as a birthday the hotel staff even surprised us with a cake and card to wish to my husband. Room service was fantastic. ***A special mention to such a wonderful person Mr George who helped organise an incredible place to celebrate my husband's birthday. We can't wait to go again!

We loved everything

The inside pool is within a gym, which is open to non-guests... They ten do go from gym to pool without showering... Also general spa culture is bed with eople going from spa to pool without showering... Generally for a hotel of this level to allow public to enter an in-house gym is not acceptable

There is an inside and an outside pool (heated) - that where we spent most at least half of each day with our kids. The gym (incl.) inside pool opens at 6 am so I could get some work out in before the kids wake up. The breakfast offered a good variety. The staff was always friendly and very attentive. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good but there are also options nearby. The best feature was our room - it was huge, all newly renovated, with a little kitchenette, enough space for a family of four.

Honestly, just a tiny little thing - I didn’t like the coffee options at breakfast. But I might be too particular with my morning coffee.

The large outdoor heated pool was great, the kids loved it. With an air temperature of 16oC it wasn't for me but they spent nearly an hour it it every day so it a big attraction. The buffet breakfast is also excellent, I can't think of anything they didn't have on offer!

The area around the hotel has lots of bars and restaurants, but it lacks that history and charm of some of the old areas in Malta like Velletta, Birgu or Rabat. That said the distances aren't far and easy to get to. Overall its still a great hotel

The professionalism and kindness of the reception staff were evident from the first day to the last. On our final day, they efficiently arranged a taxi and a takeaway breakfast for one of us who had to leave in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast was excellent and VERY varied. As an Italian, I’d have preferred fresh espresso coffee and cappuccinos instead of a machine, but I don’t expect that abroad. Great location—easy to reach from the airport and perfect for exploring the island. St. Julian’s isn’t my favorite spot in Malta, but the hotel’s seafront setting makes it worth it for a sunny weekend. The heated outdoor pool was fully usable even in winter. Swimming and having lunch by the pool at the end of February...I'd say that’s reason enough to consider it

We skipped dining at Quadro Restaurant because the hostess was extremely rude. We walked in without a reservation, asked for a table for four and she gave us a bad look before saying she’d check. After ignoring us for over five minutes, we left, frustrated. Instead, we went to Palio Restaurant next door, where we were warmly welcomed, seated immediately and even surprised with a sparkling candle when they realized it was a birthday dinner.
