The staff and food were fantastic!

Loud music always playing, even if you go to the furthest point on the beach, the music was loud. Same thing at night time, we had to move room as our baby couldn't sleep. It's not a swimming beach at the hotel, so don't expect white sandy Mauritian beaches.

This place is small but way beyond about the expectations. Service, food and the attitude is more than 4 stars. Location is "quiet" but sometimes you need the place where you have detachd about the world. Food is overall better than one can expect and the variety is goof enough. If have to compare to 5 stars hotels this hotel will be at the same line with those but it is small (maybe boutique hotel). Have to love it

mostly everything is fine.

most pleasant hotel we stayed in mru. just one suggestion. no drinking water in the room coz they said we booked half board package. but water is a basic for a room even someone just booked the room without any package. hope it can be improved. the cost is small but for traveller who enter the hotel the first thing they want to do is to drink water.

Polite staff. Elegant garden, pools, beach with sunbeds overlooking the ocean, beautiful trees and flowers. Rich breakfast with fresh omlettes, pancakes, fruits. Rooms have a nice design with ratan furniture.

The restaurant is a bit out outdated. The hangers in the room were shabby. The floor from the rooms is made of concrete or something similar and being porous it's hard to clean, and has some dirty patches. During the evenings from 9-11PM the hotel has different music activities and it gets very noisy during these hours, it's not relaxing at all if you just want to rest and listen to nature.

The view. That is obviously the landscape of Mauritius. And Mauritian personnel that is obviously the staff who are simple and accessible. Irony, both has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Mauritius is inherently beautiful and Mauritians are polite by nature. Hotels tend to exploit both for revenue.

Im vegetarian. So Im always dissapointed with the lack of vegetarian food available in hotels. For the same price as non veg eaters, there is always less variety and quality even if in this case it was a Christmas day. Anyway, the personnel did what they could. Senior Management or Directors need to look into. The hotel needs renovation too. The rooms are dated.

The Aircon was strong and cold which was a huge welcome. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows. There was always something tasty on the buffet's. They did quite a bit of lamb which was great. The new years eve spread was really good, huge effort was made regarding that. Jason the events guy had a fabulous personality and was very engaging. I can see why the hotel hired him.

The only thing that was off putting was that when it rained heavily the verandha's eating area got flooded out as the roof leaked badly. It was trying to have to sit indoors with little airflow and hot humid weather.

Very good ambiance around the property. Infinity pool. Beachside within property for short walks enjoyed by the 2 seniors who were part of our group. Shallow ocean pool where we could even do some snorkeling. Xmas dinner and music on both nights was good. Good view from the room. Nice pool side bar. Friendly staff.

Shower area was small and with no place to hang/dry cloths inside it. Process of using coupons to get swimming towels from the reception was bizarre as we had to walk until there to get as well as drop off the towels. Snooker sticks were damaged.

All the staff are friendly and helpful.. Food was very good

As in all inclusive package.. It would be nice if could have more options on drinks and food or snacks

Small and cosy hotel with service. The buffet that they offer over there is awesome and special compliments to the chefs, hats off! The staffs were very friendly. Had a wonderful room with balcony and with pool view facing the sea. Will surely come back again just for the food 🔥

They should atleast do pest contol. And there were not much channels to watch on the television, fortunately we had laptop so we could watch movies.
