Quiet pool area with dining area. Quick uber ride to downtown about 125 pesos. Nice views of the sunset behind the arch. Decent value for money for Cabos standards. Quiet gym. Spacious apartment. Outside area of the complex looks great. Walking distance to a supermarket and a beach.

Only 3 plates in the apartment, 3 frying pans, no pots. The interior of the apartment could use some updating. Low water pressure and it takes ages to get hot water in the shower.

Amazing view of the arch and the ocean! Nice big room and comfortable big bed. Friendly staff and good amenities.

Some hairs in the sheets and one of the showers only had cold water. it would also be great to have some patio furniture.

Location, very convenient for our trip purposes and in general, as it is in a very nice hotel area of the city. Friendly staff, kind of old but functional installations, and excelent price for the zone. View from the room was very nice, the iconic San Lucas Arch.

Rooms are very far away from Front Desk, grouped in towers, so carrying luggage is difficult. There is supposed to be a transport service from front desk to the towers but it wasn't available at the moment

The view from the Ocean View rooms is spectacular. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The lacation is convenient. The value for the cost is outstanding considering the cost of other hotels in the area. We love Monument Beach and the surrounding properties. the new SunRock Coffee Shop is very nice too.

I sent several requests ahead of time to reserve rooms that we wanted. the requests were not granted without some convincing a few days later. The newer fee structure differentiates between room types. now we know.

The staff was accommodating, always working to ensure that the property was nice, clean, and enjoyable.

I did not like that there are no face wash clothes. There are only small face and dry towels. I did not like having to ask the staff to place their finger on a finger pad to enter the exercise area. In addition, I did not like that there where no advertisements for near by amenities on the property.

Awesome view for an awesome price. Loved that there were several pools to choose from so never had a crowded pool. Quiet location, clean, comfortable bed and good location, enjoyed walking to the beach and using the gym facilities.

The shower pressure was very low one day and at times the toilet wouldn't flush as well but staff was very prompt in resolving issue. An elevator would be nice and a full stove top versus hot plate but we made do.

Clean, quiet and great views. I recommend for location, public transit and food store to proximity. Great pool area and beaches just a healthy walk of 1 km.

Hot water issues. Staff was positively responsive. We changed room. Issues persisted and staff again positively responsive. Phone in room did not work.

LOCAL TAXES PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL! Not a big amount, but we book and prepay so we don't have to deal with money for accommodation while travelling. Benches really high. Apartments - so should be able to self cater. Two hotplates. No sponge or tea towel for washing up. Some complimentary water, but not one bottle per guest.

Our apartment was very spacious. Everything was just as described. We had a distant view of The Arch from our balcony. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Very quiet. We brought our car so going in and out of the property was very convenient. Very close to good restaurants with good views, close to Costco, and a supermarket.

Wish the pool was heated. There were no elevators, so this might be a problem to those with mobility issues and those bringing large luggages.

View is incredible. Pool right in front of our building with great view Big Spacious suite Very nice staff, excellent laundry facilities Good kitchen fairly well stocked with cookware etc. Great location close to shopping and beach.

Pool is cold water so I couldn't go in. Would have loved a tub in my room or hottub outside. furniture not great. Toaster not working, coffee maker very small. Lots of construction outside our back window all day.
