The staff was super friendly and helpful. I food was subpar, but I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal for all-inclusive so I didn't mind since I was drinking. Premium liquor, the pools were great, and the beach was right there so we were able to walk conveniently to feel the ocean waves. We even got henna on the beach! (paid of course) The live entertainment was fun but I did wish they went a bit later. During the day, it was cool enough to walk around outside of the resort so we visited a few boutiques near by and even went to Cabo San Lucas one of the days. I would definitely come back!

The food could have been better. Live entertainment/music could have went for a bit longer, they ended things around 10pm-12am depending on where you were. I also wish they included room service in all-inclusive, but it was only available for higher level guests.

Location and facilities- excellent. The poolside band in the afternoon (1:00-3:00)was a bit loud would have preferred more relaxing music.

Would have preferred a bit more entertainment in the evening. The entertainment that was provided was good, just not every evening. Nice area though to relax in the evening

The pool area is nice. The gym is decent. Could use more lifting equipment. I was there in the low season, in high would get crowded. The breakfast buffet was my favorite by far!

The food was only okay. The pool cafeteria felt like high-school quality food. The bathroom floor tile was old and not that clean. The staff was attentive, but at times no where to be found. (Low season)

Breakfast, lunch, Dinner… snacks …. Every time food was excellent, very good, a lot of choices, location perfect, it’s a great sensation to have an opportunity to eat and feel the ocean breeze at the same time, beautiful view at the Olas restaurant!!

That we have yo stay on line for more then one hour, to book a Dinner… @ the Mexican, Italian, Chinese restaurant. But ones you have booked the experience is very satisfying… excelente good n service!! A especial thanks to Gad, he tread us like a family member… also Miguel Atondo our waiter, the captain Carlos Gonzalez.. on the Italian restaurant!! Great time thanks to them !! Thanks guy keep up the good work!!

There is a plenty of work happening behind the scene to make the customers feel comfortable and pleased and it pays off. The staff is so hardworking and incredibly pleasant, and each minor issue was resolved in no time. Great cooks in the hotel with a similar menu that the other AI hotel has but definitely better to taste. Swimming pools cleaned daily. Overall great hotel.

The pillows could have used a replacement as almost all were like trash. If you struggle with chronic back/neck pain, consider bringing your own one.

The nice pool , nice room location, nice & clean facilities, not crowded when we were there. Staff were nice and accommodating. Location is close to the town .I don’t have a problem with dinner reservation.

Not a lot of food option in the buffet. Bar closes early. No 24 hr snack bar in the lobby , only the fridge in the room.

Me and my boyfriend planned to spend 1 night in Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos to celebrate my birthday, but when we arrived and spend couple of hours, we decided to extend our reservation for 1 night more - excellent service, exceptional location, delicious food and drinks, unlimited access to bars and restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing to remember is that you need to book a table in advance if you want to go to restaurant for a dinner (due to COVID regulations). Highly recommend!

For an all inclusive I did expect better food options especially on the buffet. It was the same choices every day, and not many different choices on the hot food items.
