Everything was AMAZING. Booking with the concierge definitely made the experience even better. I was picked up by a vehicle marked with "Viceroy" so I felt comfortable knowing I was in the right vehicle. I was welcomed with a cold towel to wipe my hands. I had some time to kill before my room was ready, so I decided to head down to one of the restaurants. The view was perfect, the food was great and the drinks were top tier!

I didn't dislike anything the property nor staff. This was literally, one of the best trips I've had in a long time.

This place is located at a very good location. You always have the option to step out of the resort and indulge in food or drinks outside or just take a stroll. The staff and their service here is impeccable. They will go out of their way to accommodate you with your requests. And this holds good across the property. Keep that up. The property itself is stunning. Specially with the pools and the water surrounded between the buildings. Very Greece like. The food too is very good. Could be a tad expensive but it tastes good. Personal recommendation is the NY steak at Cielomar.

Very modern, cool design, a lot of different things to do. The Spa is GREAT, must get a massage during your stay. The beach area is wonderful, so relaxing. Staff is great, service is TOP, rooms are wonderful, beautiful ocean view, terrace, double shower, etc. Incredible!

Of course the breakfast menu and pool/beach menu are extremely expensive, what you would expect when staying in this kind of resort, but it was a bit too much. Pool snacks are a bit limited after the 3rd day at the resort.

Modern hotel with the right amenities for the traveling American used to things like Wifi, sports on TV, and an incredibly thoughtful staff, capable of helping solve any issue. We were upgraded to a much larger suite just above the reception area, which I initially worried was going to be too noisy for my tastes, but it was not noisy at all. The curtains provided the right amount of privacy and I found our stay was really restful and energizing.

Honestly, it was everything I expected after traveling a lot and staying at a lot of luxury hotels. The staff was amazingly thoughtful, the area was safe, taxi's were plentiful and easy to get to go anywhere from Cabo propper to just down the road in San Jose.

The staff were really helpful from the moment I checked in to when when I checked out. They provided all the help I needed to settle in, find what I needed and getting around in Los Cabos. The views at the hotel are unbelievable. You have to be there to appreciate it. When you are there, make sure to try the tequila tasting experience.

Staying at the villas closer to the beach keep you away from a lot of the activities and facilities at the hotel. I guess that is the point. However, it will be great to have a golf cart or some other easier way to move from those villas to the main reception and restaurants especially when you are with luggage.

The design and layout of the hotel feels like a true 5 star experience! The management/service went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Also, the property is only a 5 min Uber drive away from downtown San José del Cabo, so going out to eat and explore was easy! Would definitely stay again!

I can’t think of anything negative.

The property was beautiful. The ocean view was just excellent. The staff were very nice. The place was maintained very well. The restaurants were good and so was the food.

Just couple of suggestions. 1. It would be nice to leave some fruits in the room everyday. 2. It would be good to inform the guests that 15 percent tips is already added to the food bill.

Location was fantastic, right on a beautiful beach and walkable to restaurants and amenities. The hotel is gorgeous with a very attentive staff and quality facilities including a well-equipped gym and spa.

The price of food and drink was ridiculously high, especially at the beachside cafe. $35 for a hamburger and $29 for 2 tacos. Beers and cocktails were equally high.
