Overall, the property is kept well maintained. The workers are constantly cleaning. Room service was great, they freshen up your room as expected. There’s a lack of amenities, but you can’t beat the price. Don’t expect a 4/5 star hotel.
The walls are thin. The noise from children running up stairs was definitely penetrating through the walls, as well as the constant moving of vehicles coming and going. There was no refrigerator or A/C, just a rotating fan. Additionally, the toilet flange needed fixing as it would get stuck with every flush. Plus, you have to leave your ID at the main office in order to get your room key.

It was clean.
At check-in they asked for my ID and they kept it until check-out. If you need your ID then you must turn in the room key. The mattress is on a wood bedframe that is bigger than the mattress and I bumped my knee on it twice. The rooms don't have A/C and at times the room got stuffy.

Staff and manager were very attentive. There were a couple issues, but they were addressed right away. Problems were solved right away as well. It is value for the money you are paying: a place to sleep, surf, and access the rest of the city.
Internet was a bit sketchy. Quality depends on which room you get. Let them know if you have work. The closer to office, the better the reception. Router is in the office.

I liked the cleanest, but the value was lower. About half. According to their prices over there.
The price we paid. They have the price of 800 pesos which is about $50.00. Next time if I am going there, I will call directly to them. and pay half.

The furniture is old and in the morning is loud. You cant sleep long.
