First time to ensenada as a couple. We have usually done day trips to puerto nuevo. It was my fiancée’s 31st birthday so i booked us a nights stay in the king suite ocean view. If you can get over the the cleaning spray smell and how to work the light dimmers than it’s a relaxing time! We checked In Saturday and it was bright and sunny. Sunday was overcast which was kind of sad but we had this tripped planned so we made the best of it. I was looking forward to the tub with the jets but it took over an hour to fill and as we sat in it a out 5-10mins the water started draining on its own and the jets also made a mess. Be sure to be inside of the tub before turning it in and we almost slipped. The views we amazing i wish we had more patio time but my fiancée is afraid of heights. Not his fault, he loved the room and the view and we laued in bed till check out mostly. Everything is super close! Coffee, breakfast, breweries, oysters!!

It’s beautiful, clean and comfortable, I like the pool and fire pits …nice to have drinks outside and close to city center.

The service is bad out by the pool area my husband had to go get the waiter to take our food order, also had to go inside to go get our own drinks no one would bother to ask if we needed anything , but the bartender inside was really attentive and nice….we didn’t eat inside so can’t say how service was inside.

Beautiful hotel facilities. Deck was big and comfortable. Room was very modern and chic. Staff was very accommodating.

Room was modern and clean but very tight. The bed was too close to the closet and mini bar, making access to both difficult. No coffee maker in room. Lighting was not good, making it difficult to put makeup on. Could use a full-length mirror.

The beds were too soft, there was no coffee machine / tea kettle in the room. Our first meal was at the hotel the night we arrived. The food wasn’t good, and it arrived very later after an hour and half that we ordered. Non of the salads that came with our food had dressings on them, the fish was dry and chewy, the tacos weren’t good and they forgot the rice that came with two of the dishes.

I booked three double bed rooms. I checked in for the rooms 15 before checking and they had only one ready which is fine check un is at 3 , so at 3:10 I go down to check in and they switched one of my double bed room for a king size, I was so disappointed the staff member said they overbooked 🙄

The breakfast buffet was delicious! Usually hotel breakfasts aren’t the best but this one was very good. They even had a live pianist playing. Excellent service, and the grounds were beautiful. Location was close to the port and downtown area. Will definitely return!

The only thing i wish it had was easy access to the beach and dinner took a bit long.

The property was located just as you entered Ensenada. Right on the Pacific Ocean. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed on the first floor that had a full patio. Patio furniture was full of bird poop, but maintenance staff came quickly to clean it up. Brunch was excellent. Excellent staff.

Can't think of anything. Everything was great.

It is clear this property strives to be five star. Beyond aloof front staff and $5.75 (!!) Americanos, here at other things you can do to warrant a higher rating * replace all linens and bedding with higher quality and use a fabric whitener. Current linens are thin, ratty and dingy * revise cleaning protocol. I found cigarette butts inside the room and outside on the ledge of slider * In-room coffee maker

The buffet food looked appetizing, but after sampling most of the dishes I wasn't interested in very many of them. I would probably have been more interested in some pankaces or waffles, bacon, eggs and toast or even some hash browns. However, I did enjoy the huevos ranchero.

I didn't like the fact that I was required to wear a mask. It has been proven that masks are not effective in preventing the spread of germs or viruses unless it's an N-95. If no mask is required while dining then it makes no sense to require masks anywhere else in the lobby, elevators or hallways. Requiring the wearing of masks from people vacationing at your hotel only reinforces the left wing agenda of dictatorship rule over the people. It does nothing to keep anyone safe or healthy.

Very friendly staff and close to the City. Underground parking with security.

No sandy beaches near by. The mattress were to soft in the rooms. The buffet prices were to high.
