The breakfast was excellent - surprisingly great. I thought it was going to be a cup of coffee and a donut. I was surprised. Actually, my family stayed there once before and convinced me to book it again. Yes, I would definitely stay there again.

The property is located across an outdoor mall.. to be honest, I had little trouble getting out of the parking lot. There is some series traffic on that street - and you must be careful when crossing the street.

Facilities and breakfast

Online it said there was a free airport shuttle. This is the main reason I booked this hotel..When we arrived at the airport I called for the shuttle. They said there was no shuttle. They said we need to take a taxi. When I told them it was advertised online "free airport shuttle", the lady I was speaking to said "not on Sunday" So we paid for a taxi to the hotel. The cost was $20US. I would like to be reimbursed for this expense. Please advise.

Was nice and clean, staff was great. The location is a good area. Plenty of parking. Also the parking spaces are wider than other hotels I've stayed at in Tijuana. USB outlets by the bed, no need to bring your wall charger, just bring a USB cable for your phone. It is hard getting out of the location because of traffic of the main road. Other than that.. I would stay again.

not really a dislike or an issue. but the toilet paper holder not properly connected to wall. its a small thing and it’s mostly due to previous guest. but dont let it get worse

The staff is very polite and attentive. The room service is very friendly and flexible. And the location of the hotel is conveniently located near a Mall and restaurants.

It's not a bad review nor a problem. And the water that is provided works well. But since I'm so used to using extremely HOT 🔥water when I shower, I don't know, I just always write it up in the reviews hoping that the next time I'm in a hotel I'll finally have extremely hot water in the shower like I have at home lol *An option for a warm blanket would be nice, since it tends to be much colder at night especially now that the season it changing*

This was my second time and the room was surely better than the first one. It was cleaner and newly renovated. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was perfect for me as it was close to one of my favorite restaurants and coffeeshop. There’s a mall right across the street and pharmacy is next door.

The sink area in the room was super small and the walls are so thin I heard my neighbors talking and crying from my bed. If you are a light sleeper, you might wanna have earplugs.

There is on site parking. There is security outside the hotel. Very clean. Has a really great breakfast. The staff was amazing

The location was very convenient. Installations were comfortable and the people on the breakfast bar were very nice.

Bathroom was very small, but everything worked as it should. The room was clean and tidy but found a used mask on the floor probably from the previous guests.

Clean bedrooms. Close to other places. Easy to check in amd out The staff was friendly and helpful. The taxi is honest and reasonable price.

A lot of street noise. A lot of people outside at all hours of the night. The person checking the breakfast buffet was rude and tried to overcharge us by 190 pesos.
