This is a very nice resort, with easy access to the ruins at Palenque. The parking seemed secure, which was important to us, as we were on a long road trip. The room was very comfortable, with plenty of space, hot water, and all the amenities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a nice restaurant on site and two pools. The grounds are well-maintained and quite beautiful.

There was very limited sitting available in the pool areas, unless one intended to swim. Since those were also the places to get a drink or a snack during the day, it made them not very useful for that. The wi-fi doesn't extend to the rooms. In the lobby, it was fine. That could be solved rather easily with some network extenders.

Good location - we were driving ourselves and found it easily, left at the roundabout onto the ruins road, then you'll see the sign on the left after a few k. They initially gave me a room with a door adjoining another room (which isnt a hotel room in my opinion, its a shared apartment) which meant you could hear everything next door. To be fair once I informed reception this wasn't acceptable they moved me straight away. The grounds are very well kept and although I didnt use the pool it looked good, plenty of people were in it, the pool bar was never open however. I saw a lone howler monkey in a tree at the edge of the grounds which was cool, no macaws though (

The restaurant was just ok - they seemed to cater for a lot of tour groups, so if there was a large group the service for others was slow; the food was ok, thats about it. Overpriced for what it was but I think that's most places in the area.

The pool was a great place to hang out and Rogelio, the bartender, was absolutely great. The rooms were clean, beautiful and comfortable. The setting is great as well with the howler monkeys and scarlet macaws.

the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly, and when I ordered room service from them they didn't bring my order. after about 45 min I went to the restaurant to get it - no big deal but there were no guests in the restaurant so not sure why they weren't able to provide room service.

It was spacious, had nice landscaping, was very clean, and was quiet at night. The massage services were excellent.

The pool water temperature was warm, not very refreshing for the hot weather. The poolside bar had very limited options, we ended up having to order room service in order to get what we wanted and then take our order to the pool.

The pool area & landscaping of the entire property was spectacular! The restaurant was open & inviting and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, nothing fancy but very clean, comfortable & quiet.

The only complaint that I have is that it was very difficult to get any washcloths after the first day (we were there for 8 days).

Me and my wife had an amazing relaxing time. Nice ambiant, great atmosphere and quiet environment. Mostly we only had breakfast in the hotel and it was great, delicious and enough for a bufet breakfast. The staff was helpfull in everything we needed or asked for. Will come back again and highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about this resort. There was a beautiful pool and gardens where we saw agoutis. Howler monkeys and Macaws flying over

The restaurant was lacking in character and it would have been nice if there was a relaxing lounge/ bar area for the evenings. However we had a very good buffet breakfast one of the days

Very Beatiful Hotel near on tue road to the Archeological zone of Palenque. The location is perfetto, the rooms are large, clean and confortable. The hotel offers several facilities like a nice swimming pool and a gym by the forest. Restaurant quality and price/quality ratio should be improved

Restaurant food quality is not on par with the hotel. high prices compared with the quality

the grounds were beautiful and we saw Spiders and Mackaws in the jungle. All night long you could hear howler monkeys. The restaurant was pretty good -- not exceptional, but convenient and the wait staff was very good and service was fast.

Nothing really. Everything seemed good. I would like to have stayed within walking distance of Palenque. This required that we drive, but it wasn't too bad.
