The beds are super comfortable and is across a shopping mall and 10 mins walking distance from USA consulate and CAS. Food is really good and cheap at the hotel and includes the breakfast. Great amenities to hang out and pool.

Pillows are not comfortable but really clean, I think they wash them every time. The carpet and others...not that much. Try to get a room far from the open space in reception and restaurant because it is really noisy and you smell everything. I was in 2nd floor (is the first floor) TV is an issue. The shower barely has pressure.

The hotel is very nice and well taken care of, right down the street of the US Consulate. The room was very clean and good size for my wife and I. The bed was nice and comfortable. They have a nice little breakfast bar and also a buffet style breakfast in the restaurant that's included with your room. All the staff was very nice and helpful. There's also an indoor pool. I highly recommend and would stay again.

The washers & dryers need to updated. They're a bit on the old side and sounds as if they want to fall apart.

We checked out early and then our flight was canceled so I called and asked if we could come back and they were very accommodating! Without hesitation they said yes! Amazing customer service. We ended up not needing it as the flight was able to take off.

The place is a bit outdated and older and the location requires a vehicle as it’s very difficult to cross the street. There are no pedestrian crossings!

Breakfast buffet is very good I am not sure on the one that's included with your stay since they stop.serving at 9am. Who wakes up that early for breakfast after a night out? But what ever.

So they charge you for the buffet upon entering the lounge and as you're leaving they charge you for the drink. Who does that? Just charge one price and make it easy on everyone. I felt awkward going back to pay fir the 2 drinks after I was called back in front of a full lounge.

Location, staff cleaning service very good all restaurant staff was great , especially Don Miguel from restaurant and Hilda from cleaning service , have a game room decor was awesome and gym pass they offer right across the street all and all great

Price was a little up there , our first room mattress was older but moved to another room and it was updated , apparently the mattress are being changed as they can identify the good from bad , laundry room very outdated .

It is walking distance to shopping center restaurants and the Mexican counsel staff was friendly and helpful

the room keys would deactivate constantly they said it could be because of my phone but I would separate it and it would still deactivate and the internet as well you have to log in every time the tv turn off and make sure when you step out of the room to stop by the reception to reactivate your room key

The staff was great we lost our original reservation for a reason out of our control and they worked so hard to accommodate us even though the hotel was fully booked they upgraded our room to The Presidential suite!!! Front desk and management went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The rest of the staff were kind and serviceable. We are so thankful. They will have my business from now on. I Highly recommend it. The area is great with lots of things to do nearby.

Room was nice and clean. Restaurant/Bar on site and nice hot breakfast included with stay. Bed was very comfortable. Right down the street from the American Consulate and medical clinics for immigration purposes.

Suite was nice but small compared to others. A bit on the high side for the price.

The only reason i didn’t give it a 10 was because I would have like the hot to be Hot! It was just warm not enough to feel relaxed. If they fix that i would plan another stay with them.

Restaurant was good That it had pool table but needs improvement And pool jacuzzi were ok water was not hot enough coffee could be hotter. But other than that staff were friendly and helpful.
