Property layout, staff and restaurant. Security was up to par.

Outside noise was a slight problem. It could be mitigated with appropriate wearher-stripping around entry door. Electrical outlets were mininal. Interior lighting could be improved with consistent color temperature bulbs. HVAC controls were lacking in that there did not appear to be a way to lower the fan speed, which was somewhat noisey and did not allow altering the direction of fins. They blew directly on the bed.

Excellent. Was not the customary cereal and rolls type, specialty items served hot.

The maintenance inside the rooms appears to be overlooked. My shower head was spraying upward toward the ceiling, with evidence that this had been going on for some time, damaging the gypsum board. Weatherstripping around entry door is missing or ineffective allowing conditioned air to escape and outside noise to enter.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and a good variety. Reception and hotel staff were really nice at all times. Pool looked cleaned even though I couldnt get in cause it was too windy.

My room didnt have the magnetic door opener but a key while many other rooms did have that and the reception gave me a magnetic key to open my room. When I went back to get a key, they apologized for the misunderstanding but then I was laying in bed and they gave my key to another guest. The guest apologized and said that reception gave them the key to the room. I called reception and they apologized, that there was a misunderstanding in reception.

Room size and prices were awesome. Staff very friend and attentive. This might be my new favorite place to stay in Juarez now.

My only complaint but in reality no biggie for me was that the WiFi network doesn't work . Once again no biggie but definitely something to look in to since some o e who travels for business might be a bit more mad about it if they were to need it.

The hotel was located on the side of a shopping center with plenty of options for food, it was gated, the rooms were big, the internet was adequate for me to work while my kids played some games on their laptops. It was better than we expected for the price. The breakfast was okay for being included in the price, they had chilaquiles and other traditional Mexican breakfast, as well as fruit, hice and coffee.

The entrance easy to miss!

Third time I stay in this hotel. Sister lives a couple of blocks away from the hotel. Next to the hotel are variuos shops and restaurants as well as a huge super market and a cinema. Plenty of public transportation and centrally located.

Next upgrade it wouul be nice to add a coffe maker and a microwave. Other than that the facility is fine. As stated before this is my third stay at this hotel.

It was great stay but the shower water was coming out slow water very slow but everything else was good especially the breakfast buffet was great.

Location was perfect for our purpose. A shopping center with a store where we could buy fresh fruit and cooked meals few steps away from the hotel. Public transportation right in front of the hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet at night which I totally appreciate. The included breakfast was good with good service. I highly recommend this place

They need to have a night stand for each bed. Not enough outlets for work or the cell phones. No drinking water in the room, reception personal need to be better trained. They were polite but kind of cold and with an attitude of "take it or leave it". Don't have to fake a smile but just more understanding of travelers's needs.

Staff is always friendly, air units in the room work great, breakfast is always excellent!

Our bed was not very comfortable. There was a board in the middle of the bed that made a hump in the middle of the bed and made sleeping on it not very comfortable. No vent or window in the bathroom so it made it very humid in the room after showering.

It’s the second time I stay here and I just love it honestly, I love that it’s in a nice area of the city. Plus you have all these stores and restaurants near by. I liked my room it’s so calm and peacefully. I just would like the entrance and outside sign to be bigger. Other than that I highly recommend!
