Loved the pool and gym 24/7 Also didnt know breakfast was included and its buffet. Very basic and simple buffet but good 👍

I used the pool and it says you should not bring alcohol to that area. There was a family with kids and this other guest brought like 3 beers with him. So dont put rules if you are not going to follow them. Also, supposedly there is free transportation to any point within 10 km and I thought it was a great idea since I needed to board a bus to the airport and its like 7-10 away by foot, I asked in front desk and they told me they didnt have any driver at the moment, the only driver they had arrived at 3pm, that was too late for me. I needed the shuttle at 11:30am :(

The rooms are clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, pretty good quality bedding and little comforts like a fridge, coffee machine and safe always come in handy. The staff were really accommodating amd heloful all the time and bfast is ok, not awesome but goos for what you're paying. Its quite a good location to ezplore the area and to get to the outlets and shopping.

In our room there was a painting of a calavera in black and white and my 3 year old was a little scared. Other than that all was awesome.

Clean, comfortable, not noise at all, in general very clean and good service, you can rest 👍

The clerk, a young lady, was not like you expected, barely say hello or said good day, only if you said it, the attitude was so serious, it was like she did not like the job or may be she had a bad day or week, but it was not the place, where the value added is the good service and mood. Please improve the breakfast, not the best: Room to improve!!

Location- walking distance to leather stores and plazas. Staff is very friendly. They're also very helpful. They always tried to meet our needs.

Hotel rates are overpriced for gloomy rooms and not so comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bathroom needs an update. Also, drinks are ridiculously expensive. We were charged $25 for each double shot of Don Julio 70 Tequila. You might expect to pay this at a nice bar or nicer hotel, not at a 2-3 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, but chilaquiles were always soggy. It's best to have guests add hot sauce to tortilla chips.

I liked the security on the elevators, the elevator only when up after scanning the room key., the fresh fruit on the breakfast, and the room.

When I call the reseption only one concern was answered. By the time I was to asking something else the staff had hung up the phone.

The room was spacious with a king-sized bed and good temperature control. The room was quiet and clean with lots of pillows and towels.

We checked in around 10 PM and the snack selection was limited and the restaurant was closed. This Hampton Inn is a good 30 minute cab ride from the Leon airport so it makes more sense to stay in Silao in order to be closer for a flight.

Super clean. Good location - walk to downtown. Quiet. Comfy room and beds. Good wifi. Good Hampton Inn buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Much better than the Holiday Inn across the street. Great bathroom and good shower. Cheerful place. Easy access on the main city-accessBlvd........... Easy checkin and checkout.

No washcloths Girl at checkout, though charming, didn't really speak English

The breakfast was fair at best. Options were limited for those not wishing to eat a Mexican breakfast.

The hotel is very well located, staff is very nice, the facilities were clean and the room was good, only a bit small.

Breakfast was not as good as expected, I've stayed at other Hampton hotels and I expected a better breakfast.

Nice convenient parking, stay was like expected and overall good, would stay again.
