A beautiful hotel. It needs some maintenance but overall is really pretty. The staff was kind and the room was cozy. The bathtub was small but comfortable, it had AC, WiFi , and a lot of pillows. I will book here again

The cleaning service wake me up at 8am :(, it will be great if they ask you during your check in if you are interested in the cleaning service

What an awesome gem of an old school grand hotel . Huge grand lobby, air conditioning and big rooms for an absolute bargain price.

It’s old and pool wasn’t swimmable but you can’t beat the price and the atmosphere. Being a bit far away from the old town, it’s no problem, ubers are cheap and you can afford it with what you save on this accommodation.

A wonderful classic hotel with a stunning atrium lobby! My room was huge with a very comfortable bed and furnishings. I really appreciated the assistance and professionalism of the management, reception and kudos to the housekeeping team. It's a safe, clean, and very affordable hotel, There's a nice restaurant with good prices and service. It was an oasis while completing my relocation plans. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

If I have to recommend any changes, perhaps hotter water and more international TV channels. Many reviews mention the old towels, yes, but they are very clean!

We got promotion and one night was around 170 pesos per person. For that money it was great value. The hotel and lobby are super nice, staff is very friendly. We could leave our luggage at the reception in the morning and the hotel offered us to check in 2 hours earlier.

The room (floor and sheets) and bathroom wasn't super clean. For example the shower curtain is quite old and looked dirty. Also there was no shampoo, shower gel, not even a hand soap.

Good price, but you get what you pay for. Airconditioning was good. Overall good rooms, a restaurant, would stay again.

It's all a bit older, but that doesn't mean it's dirty or something. Just old... The wifi, it was sometimes connected and then sometimes it worked....

Beautiful hotel and great location. Amazing value and great staff, very welcoming and friendly. My check out was at 12 pm but they let me leave my baggage at the hotel in a safe place until 4 pm. The pool, the room and other facilities were awesome. Next time I'll be at Leon for sure will book my stay at San Francisco hotel.....

The price is good, it is spacious and comfortable. The perfect location, close to Poliforum and Altacia shopping center.

The carpet is a bit worn and stained. A little tartar in the shower.

Location of the Hotel is about a 20 min walk from the main South of Leon City main attractions, tourist destinations. including the yearly fair. About a 30 min walk from the main leather selling location in the city. And the bus stop

Hotel location does not have food locations relatively close (walking distance). The only options are to get something from the Hotel restaurant (before 10PM local time), before they close. Or to get a snack from the Oxxo across the street.
