Location is very good. You can walk anywhere in town easily. The rooms had two beds which was nice. The AC blew COLD! The pool was fun and the sunsets at the pool were fantastic. Also the included breakfast was a fun sized meal and delicous. We will return!! We had a non working AC unit in our room and they provided an ocean view room with balcony right away. They even transferred our luggage to the new room!

When we checked in we asked for a sea view room and were told they didn't have any however once my room had the AC issue they all of a sudden had a sea view room? Excellent! Informative reviews are always appreciated by other travelers

Wonderful location and facilities..... Wi-fi was much less than satisfactory...... very slow and more often than not - no connection...had to switch back and forth between various possible connections..... For me, this is a deal breaker! Breakfast included... which meant - vouchers were given for a restaurant across the street even though there was a restaurant in the hotel serving breakfast? The options for breakfast was limited unless the voucher and more money was used.... I believe Booking should be more upfront..... If Booking says breakfast is included and a hotel has a restaurant yet vouchers are given and a less filling breakfast is offered unless more money is spent... Booking should say.....

The staff are welcoming and inviting. They are very understanding and patient when we are trying to order food in Spanish. The food is fresh and delivered in a timely manner. The menu is in both English and Spanish. The view is wonderful when sitting outside and inside it is nice and airy.

I enjoyed my stay however very dissapointed because I was robbed! I left quite a bit of money in my eye glasses case an the case disappeared!! I don't accuse the cleaning lady but SOMEONE came into my room while I was gone and took it!! Although I realize I should have been more cautious and less trusting It did ruin my stay!! Lock up your $$$$

Room, pool area and restaurant were great! The bar server and male manager were welcoming and pleasant, as were the cleaning staff.

Two front desk clerks - one we met upon arrival, and another who we met the following day were surly, unhelpful and unsmiling. It would be better if front desk reception staff were trained meter in customer service.

Bananas does a good job. Food reasonably priced and well prepared. Check in kind of tedious and slow. Housekeeping was good as were COVID precautions. Fantastic location if you paid premium price for seaside rooms.

Little pricey unless seaside view and rooms. I’ve friends who stay a week at a decent place for what I pay for one night overlooking beach.

The breakfast was very very simple, not to much to choose from. I would of liked a buffet or a better choice of food. Hopefully later we could get a better selection and more food.

We couldn’t eat food from other places in the lobby or pool area. When I made the reservations online I wasn’t offered a bungaló or upgrades.

Wifi and satellite tv unstable, only 3 English tv stations, cleanliness need work, deferred building maintenance, no soap or paper towels at pool bathroom, bugs in room, hotel staff not masked in era of Covid19 problematic.

The location is amazing! Restaurant has an spectacular view of the beach….! you can actually see dolphins in the ocean and hear the waves breaking with cool breeze
