We’ve stayed here numerous times and everytime gets better. The staff is very helpful and kind. The suites are very spacious and very clean. There is AC in every bedroom which is a blessing! The kitchen is a great for families and usually is stocked with cooking essentials (pots/pans), but we bring our own cooking supplies just in case. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are spacious. TVs in every room. Comfortable living room furniture. It’s in a quiet location so we’ve never had noise complaints and a very easy drive or Uber trip to anywhere you want to go. The valets are always happy to help with anything you need including helping you find transportation or tours. (don’t forget to tip! they are great guys!). There’s a breakfast restaurant that serves hot and cold continental type breakfast which is very convenient and reasonable priced. This is our favourite hotel to stay in when we visit GDL.

The underground parking is tight doesn’t accommodate tall or oversized vehicles. but there’s always room to park outside the main doors.

The place exceeded my expectations. The Wi-fi was great, the food was amazing, the personnel were very friendly and attentive and the gym was exceptional. I was also very pleased with how cozy and private the room was.

The food was the only thing that got a little boring after the 3rd day. It was almost the same menu for the entire week we were there.

Live the deco , breakfast was very tasty and staff very pleasant . Very spacious rooms each with television and cable. two ab=bedroomw with own restroom and one with guest restroom. Daily service to suite. No outside windows, they faced the inner court.

WiFii was weak but no need for it , Guadalajara has pleant yo see to be in the suite navigating the Web. There is nothing negative to say about the place.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

There are steps located close to rooms that need to be marked with yellow paint to remind guests that there is a deep step coming up. I almost injured myself by forgetting a step outside my room 4508.

I like the location, the breakfast, the room, the amenities, the fact that you got everything around, even doctors and beauty salons... anything you can think of, is around!

The breakfast menu didn't change every day, after being there the 3 day, it got old. We were there for 6-7nights. The pool water didn't seem to be that clean (so we didn't use it, but wanted to).

The location.. everything is close by.. the European style is legit 👌🏼old paintings, and statues add character to the hotel..

The wifi was super slow.. the hot water knob was broken.. hard to regulate.. the towels looked dirty

It's quite convenient for groups that will spend most of the day out visiting the city. The breakfast included is great and has plenty of options. Amazing the fact that each room in the suites has a bathroom.

The rooms build humidity so they can be a bit smelly and the bathroom as well because the drains.

The breakfast, bed was spacious, had a mini kitchen to work with. Friendly staff with fast check in and out. The art was very unique and pretty cool to see.

The shower was poorly designed that allowed water to leak out of the shower making the floor wet after every use. Walls are incredibly thin making noise travel very easily. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Spotlessly clean but not many kitchen items. Nearby restaurants and on a quiet street. Nice pool and it was clean. Super staff. Has VERY secure underground parking. Able to take long hot showers. I didn't try the breakfast.

Booking.com said the price included the taxes but it didn't. You have to buy your own water.

the artwork was amazing. i can spend all morning looking at the collections down all the hallways all over 2 buildings.

my door did NOT lock and safety chain was broken. had to change rooms. they need instructions on how to lock them. i slept in the second room with a chair against the door. mexico is safe but still I am a solo traveler. maintenance came to try to fix but still 2 different workers couldn’t fix it. ask for a room with windows to outside so it’s not dark.
