The manager was very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby. Beautiful collection of alebrijes (brightly colored Mexican folk art sculptures of fantastical creatures. ) VERY good breakfasts, with the best home-made salsa ever.
They have plans for air conditioning, but supplied a good strong fan to beat the heat in the meantime. Some brief dog barking from a neighbor.

Nice staff, clean room
Weird area-felt a little unsafe but the hotel was good! Got a special deal so paid 300 pesos but wouldn't wantgo pay more than that really

Good value for money, surprisingly comfy bed, very clean.
This place is listed as being near the main Bus terminal (which is why I booked it), but it is not. It's next to the OLD Terminal and not anywhere near the NEW one, which means I had to pay for cabs both ways. I don't believe anyone is intentionally posting misleading information, but it needs to be rectified ASAP by Booking.com, so as not to keep misguiding people.

They offer airport transportation on their listing but they do not have one, nor help you with it.

The staff were helpful
This place is clearly used by the hour. The room was old, curtain see through, towels were more like teatowels, cigarette burns on all surfaces. Only tv was showing porn and unable to change. Noisy from road outside. I was woken at midnight 3 hours after arrival by the 'cleaner' to clean the room.

Bed and sheets good quality; excellent wifi; cheap; clean.
It's a cheap hotel so you get what you get tho this one is for sure a little tired. noisy too as it's on a busy road.

it’s a good location and price was fair, just the building is old therefore the amenities are too, but from there on, is was overall good
