The property was clean, the staff was friendly, they take you to your room and show you how to use the remotes for the air conditioning as well as TV. In fact they issue the remote for your room upon registering for your room, and have you Bring the remotes back upon check out. Great location to enjoy the view of the water and enjoy the city. Very walkable. We stayed on a weeknight, and it was not loud at night. You can walk to the romantic district via the Malecon Boardwalk that starts right across from the hotel entrance. The Malecon boardwalk at night has many food vendors, restaurants, bars and shops and is very enjoyable.

Would be great if there was coffee 24/7. But there is an oxxo just a half block down the street that does have coffee 24/7.

No one served us in the restaurant- we had one cínteme tal breakfast and one buffet and no one borough is coffee or offered drinks or brought us out continental breakfast - we had to ask multiple times for service and no one helped us- my husband must have done 6 trips to the front for coffee

All the the staff is wonderful. We have traveled to this property 4 times at Rosita/1 Pescador all excellent. The waitstaff Leo (Smiley), Martin, Norberto, Juan Pablo, Daniela, and Allison as all exceptional at their job, but more importantly they exceptional people. The front desk staff, each, some Ana, Ana Maria, Ceci, many more excellent. We will stay her again!! I had requested a quiet room overlooking the beach. The hotel delivered on both. The hotel is situated at the beginning of the malecon with lots going on nearby, including a casino across the street. I was very pleased how quiet it is at night. No doubt, the best place I have ever stayed for sleep in many years going to PV. It is an older property, but the beds are comfy, the balcony is ample and the bathroom is very nice with colorful tile in the shower. The cleaning staff did a good job keeping our room tidy during our week there. There was an included light breakfast, and that was fine. There was also a breakfast buffet weekdays and an expanded breakfast buffet on the weekend. Also ordered from the menu some days. All options were good. The dining area and adjacent seating were open air and were comfortable and beautiful. I will definitely be booking here again.

The staff were super helpful and friendly and the view from the balcony of the Pacific Ocean was amazing.

Great location and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of charm and close enough to the water to hear the waves. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and new. Decent sized refrigerator in our room. Very nice pool and reasonably priced meal options. Upgrading to ocean front room when booking is a little more money per night, but worth it as the street side is noisy.

Our closet doors came off the track easily, so we had to be careful when opening. It would be nice to have an ice machine in the hallway, so you didn’t have to get ice from the bar.

The beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast is simple, but nice to have it included. Having a fridge in the room was great. The location was great!

The pool was very crowded with kids, which is to be expected during holidays, just be prepared. The noise from the main street can be loud at night.

Loved that the location was in walking distance of shopping dining and that it was right off the beach. Loved the size of the hotel, the quaintness, and that they had the entrance of the hotel secured (you had to show proof to enter the facility). Liked that breakfast came with the room, however, it was lacking... but, they let you upgrade and pay the difference. I appreciated that most of the staff spoke some English.

Would've liked coffee maker, coffee, and blow dryer provided in the room. Some of the staff was not friendly and courteous, although most were.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is old, but is kept up quite well. The open air lobby and the outdoor pool were great. If staying for just a few days, you cannot go wrong staying here. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies very close by.

A very very basic breakfast was included, but the service is very slow. You can upgrade breakfast to a buffet for 99 pesos, but the selection is identical every day and not that great. Many breakfast places near by so that would be a great option rather than the hotel buffet breakfast.

The moment we arrived we were treated like guests. We loved our room and the view. The balcony off our room allowed us a panoramic view of the malecon, ocean, pool and sunset. The staff very courteous, professional and helpful. The pool area was very welcoming. We enjoyed the simple breakfast and coffee . Happy hour was great, the margaritas were excellent. We love Rosita Hotel and will be back.

There is nothing that needs to be improved. Everything exceeded our expectations.
