The property was clean, the staff was friendly, they take you to your room and show you how to use the remotes for the air conditioning as well as TV. In fact they issue the remote for your room upon registering for your room, and have you Bring the remotes back upon check out. Great location to enjoy the view of the water and enjoy the city. Very walkable. We stayed on a weeknight, and it was not loud at night. You can walk to the romantic district via the Malecon Boardwalk that starts right across from the hotel entrance. The Malecon boardwalk at night has many food vendors, restaurants, bars and shops and is very enjoyable.

Would be great if there was coffee 24/7. But there is an oxxo just a half block down the street that does have coffee 24/7.

No one served us in the restaurant- we had one cínteme tal breakfast and one buffet and no one borough is coffee or offered drinks or brought us out continental breakfast - we had to ask multiple times for service and no one helped us- my husband must have done 6 trips to the front for coffee

The lovely lobby was comfortable with great view and feel and sound of the ocean. Two happy hours each day. Pleasant staff. The free continenal breakfast was adequate. (Toast with margarine packets, a squeeze bottle of jelly, coffee, juice, and small fruit plate). Good air conditioning. Clean rooms and cleaning staff was great.

The rooms were very small with few outlets. Bring extension cords. Uncomfortable pool lounge chairs. Shower with little pressure and old shower head that didn't correctly focus the water streams. Pillows and mattresses were adequate but 'comfortable' would be a stretch.

All the the staff is wonderful. We have traveled to this property 4 times at Rosita/1 Pescador all excellent. The waitstaff Leo (Smiley), Martin, Norberto, Juan Pablo, Daniela, and Allison as all exceptional at their job, but more importantly they exceptional people. The front desk staff, each, some Ana, Ana Maria, Ceci, many more excellent. We will stay her again!! the location was very good. The hotel was situated ear the beach and a very interesting street. Lots to see and do. The hotel was reasonably priced but you could spend more and get an ocean view. The hotel has its own restaurant with an extensive menu and the service was excellent. All in all a good place to stayfor a visit around the romantic zone and the beaches.

We had nothing we could criticise. If you wanted more quiet rent a room away from the street. The hotel's restaurant served all meals if you want and the service and food quality was very good. Our room was facing the street and the sound was not a negative for us. The city is very alive and from this ocation you had a large range of places to see and things to do.

Lovely old fashion hotel right on the beach and the Malacon . Ocean view rooms are amazing and you should upgrade, if possible. The upgraded rooms have a refrigerator, but sadly no kettle. This is a problem for those of us who need hot water, but cannot get it once the bar is closed. If you do not book on their website the upgraded breakfast is not available even though you are in an upgraded room. Seriously, not a big deal. There are enough grocery stores and restaurants around that it isnot a problem. We were in 425. The sound of the ocean is heavenly. The street side is loud, even though they say they have soundproof glass. It is a very lively area right on the Malacon. Staff is very helpful and accommodating . Would recommend highly. Would love to comeback!!!

I had requested a quiet room overlooking the beach. The hotel delivered on both. The hotel is situated at the beginning of the malecon with lots going on nearby, including a casino across the street. I was very pleased how quiet it is at night. No doubt, the best place I have ever stayed for sleep in many years going to PV. It is an older property, but the beds are comfy, the balcony is ample and the bathroom is very nice with colorful tile in the shower. The cleaning staff did a good job keeping our room tidy during our week there. There was an included light breakfast, and that was fine. There was also a breakfast buffet weekdays and an expanded breakfast buffet on the weekend. Also ordered from the menu some days. All options were good. The dining area and adjacent seating were open air and were comfortable and beautiful. I will definitely be booking here again.

Loved the location and the cleanliness and the atmosphere.

Rooms were very clean but bathroom was smaller then on a cruise ship, very very tiny and then something going on with ceiling that was a little sketchy. Breakfast included needs to be removed from advertising. The breakfast did not even close to a continental breakfast. I would have still stayed there with out breakfast but when you advertise something you should fulfill your promise. Also the pool was pretty dang cold, no heat . I think with just a few tweaks I would rate this place amazing.

We LOVED it!!!! The location was great, right on the beach at the beginning of the malecon. It was super quiet during the day and at night. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony and an ocean view with a giant sliding glass door. We could hear the waves, feel the ocean breezes and watch whales right from our balcony! There was a table and chairs on the balcony, a wonderful place to relax. They had blackout drapes so it was easy to sleep. The place was very clean and the water in the shower was always hot. All the staff were super nice. There was a small refrigerator in the room and that was handy. They will store your luggage for free if you arrive before 3:00 pm . They have a 12:00 check out time that was perfect for us. The free light breakfast can be extended to a buffet for $5. Staying there was a treat! It is a beautiful place and I highly recommend it and would stay there again 1000%-Excellent value!
