The cleaning staff was amazing keeping our room very clean and even doing our dishes! Front desk was very helpful. They got a hot plate brought to the room after we asked 3 different times. The location was handy to everything so didn't need to take a taxi anywhere all week! The morning coffee available was very good coffee and much appreciated! The nice cold, good drinking water available to refill our bottles was great to have handy in the common area. Loved the air conditioning. It was a cool, quiet, restful place to get off the hustle and bustle of the street life.

The room had no couch or window/balcony to the outside. We couldn't use the outdoor patio because of construction. The staff talking loudly woke us up every morning.

The customer service from the staff was wonderful! They were available to help with every need or question we had. They even let us store our suitcases on the last day so that we could enjoy one last walking adventure before heading to the airport in the afternoon. You can't beat the location. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and the malacon were all within a few steps of the hotel. It was a beautiful walk to the Romantica area from where we stayed.

Although I could tell all the sheets were washed and clean, the bed spread and sheet had stains on it. The walls also had smears and stains on it which were a bit off putting. There was nothing to wash the dishes with, so I was hesitant to brave using any of the glasses provided. The beds/rooms could have used some kind of extra blanket, as not everyone can sleep with just a sheet and the A/C on.

Location, location, location! The staff were also super friendly and helpful!

Given the central location of the property, the noise level was over the top at times! Also having the room atop of a casino does not really help!

Fantastic location, in the heart of Centro, 2 minutes to the beach. Helpful and welcoming staff. Spacious room with a fridge. VERY clean everywhere (in the room and all common areas), well maintained.

Wifi was very spotty in the evening (but worked fine in the morning). It would be nice to have a desk and chair in the room.

Location is superb. Everything is walkable and beach is also right there. Room was upgraded to a newly renovated and very modern space. Definitely good value!!!

Very attentive staff; helped me through the process of how everything was in the room. Beds were really comfortable and room service was really great!

Wish the windows were sound proof as you can hear a lot of noise late at night.

Enrique and his staff were helpful and attentive. really enjoyed the suite with a balcony overlooking the small park. I stayed a few months back and they were working on the second story patio, which was Fabulous. Has become one of my Fav properties to stay at in PV

I pretty muched liked everything. Could have a better selection of sweeteners and really cream for the coffee area, but that's all I can come up with!

we enjoyed the location. just around the corner from the Camarones beach and malecon. nice sized modern room. appreciated the design and cleanliness. wish there was an area to wash our feet and sandals so we didn't track in sand. the air conditioning was either off or freezing. blanket and sheets were rough. still would come again. friendly staff. taxi stand out front was very convenient. Loud area with thumping cars (not the fault of the hotel of course).

Location, excelent WiFi, clean, good service. Second room I stayed was in the middle of property and very quiet Overall, a good place to stay, and very good price for the location.

I stayed in 2 rooms, first one I was right next to a very busy street, difficult to sleep, second one the maintenance crew was repainting the place, and left tons of paint scraps in my balcony, they didn't bother to clean. Little details like no garbage bucket, no place to put the soap/shampoo in the shower, a small chair in the shower (it should be set upon request, bathrooms are small)...

The location near the Malecon and the beach (literally a 2 minute walk for either) is fantastic. Staff was friendly and diligent. The hotel was very clean. The refrigerator was a good size.

The room I had was weirdly laid out. The small window at the end of the room gives very little natural light, which gives the room a cavernous feeling. There is also a puzzling waste of space in the room, with no furniture in the part of the room near window.
