Amazing location and friendly staff. Amazing location within distance of the city. Room was big and well kept, a mini kitchen that helps with longer stays. Helpful and understanding during my stay at the hotel.

Price seems to be good during reservation
No elevator, no helping hands to carry luggage, room was too humid, mattress was too hard and the springs where uncomfortable, no money return policy. Once you sign the contract they do not give money back if you want to shorten or cancel the stay

Staff was friendly. Towels were clean (one had holes) as well as the bedsheets.
The room had a disgusting smell. The whole place has a bad vibe. The property is a mess. Everything is old. The bathroom had a bunch of mold. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing has been updated except for a tv and a fridge. This place is like a 1980's time capsule. They need to invest heavily in rennovations. An airbnb is a much better choice. I only stayed because it was last minute and the only option available. Please don't stay here. I am sorry I didn't take pictures.

No elevators for people with des abilities, no coffee maker, no water to drink in the room, TV is useless (volume so laud, never went down) No air condition in the room, just a broken lamp whit a fan that moves too much and make noises. No cords to connect night lamps. Really noisy… workers from the hotel yelling a lot to each other, laugh and talk too laud, so early in the morning and all day.
