The beds are comfortable. The terrace is big and gets a lot of sun. The kitchen is cleaned everyday, even though the cleaning staff sometimes takes their time to do it.
There isn't any place to work comfortably, because the terrace doesn't get enough WiFi signal and it sometimes is a little bit too dirty. The kitchen is okay, but there's no room for eating or sharing, and the bench for sitting is hard and uncomfortable. Even though it's supposed to be a 24-hour hostel, the host went to bed one night and some of us had to get out or check out early, so we were all late (we found his room later on and woke him up).

This place is way better than the reviews would leave you to believe! Apart from the dorms being super small and crammed pretty tightly when all 6 beds are taken, I enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen isn’t super equipped but sufficient, the rooftop terrace is nice to chill and relax for a bit, the curtains on the beds are a huge plus, and only 190 pesos on weekdays, 205 on weekends, it’s the best cost ratio for a hostel on booking.com
I extended my stay but since Hostelworld charges up front for reservations, they get priority and I was forced to find a new place to stay, having to leave my food behind at the hostel. Apparently this is being worked on by the app and isn’t the hostels fault though so I can’t let it hinder my review

Pros: Can't beat the location, very safe and near so many restaurants (especially vegan) parks, and public transit The rooftop is beautiful, comfortable, partially covered when it rains, and a nice space to meet people I like the privacy curtains, individual bunk lights and abundance of outlets in the dorms. You can comfortably sit up in your bunk and it feels very spacious The female receptionist was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating The bathrooms were kept clean and soap/toilet paper kept well supplied during my visit. There are limited toilets and showers but I never ran into issues having to wait. They have 3 wifi networks so you're well connected throughout the building Note: I stayed during the week and did not use the kitchen
Cons: The bedsheets and pillows could be better quality. Mine appear old and slightly yellowed. The beds are comfortably wide but may be short for someone tall. I stayed in several hostels in CDMX and most struggle to create a community atmosphere. This one was the same. During my stay, most guests stayed in their bunks and kept to themselves. I may recommend the hostel organize activities or encourage guests to use common spaces. It is quite noisy at night; however, that is related to the restaurant below and is to be expected when you want to stay in a neighborhood that is in a big city and in a fun, lively part of town.

Always enjoy my stays here, this place deserves higher reviews! Rooftop is nice to relax on, kitchen is sufficient, beds are comfortable and its one of the cheapest hostels on the app
The dorm with the balcony is very crammed and loud until late at night but the other rooms are way better!

Great location… such easy access to the city/metro.. perfect for exploring. Comfy beds in great little dorms. Lovely communal area. Staff were lovely and kept it all clean and tidy. Really good value for money!
Was noisy a couple of the nights but did not bother us much.. maybe avoid if this bothers you but it’s a really great place.
