Check-in was really fast and the staff was really nice, polite and attentive. We forgot a couple of jackets and called the hotel to let them we'd had to go back later. Everything was neatly folded in a bag when we got there, nothing missing, we really appreciated the care of our things. The room was nice, clean and the beds super comfy.

This is a great hotel with a beautiful view from the restaurant and very good breakfast. Everyone was really friendly and it was very clean. I also liked the toiletries.

There was too much plastic waste at breakfast, but otherwise breakfast was very good. The duvet could be more comfortable and the WiFi could be a bit stronger.

I’ll stay at this hotel 1 million times again. Accessibility and convenience was top notch ,. I don’t wanna talk about the services because it was super excellent. The room very spacious. I’ll make sure to recommend this property to friends n families.

The varieties of food . I’ll suggest not only Spanish dishes should b on the menu .

The Staff was really friendly, they were very supportive all throughout our holiday. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, just the way we imagine them to be. Comfortable beds and easy to move around from the hotel. La Condesa is within walking distance and also WTC.

I think there are some difficulties with the elevator systems. It's not the easiest to go up or down. The staff did their best to help but perhaps Management needs some professional support to make the elevator work properly.

Location and price. Confortable bed. Nice staff, and big enough room.

The maid woke us up at 9 trying to clean the room, and we were checking out that day. The walls are too thin so you can hear everything. The hair conditioner doesn’t work well.

The room had a great view and was very comfortable. It was sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was stylish with different lighting options. The shower had great pressure and was hot immediately. The breakfast with the outstanding view over the city was rich in flavor and service was very attentive and friendly. The best breakfast we have had in Mexico's hotels so far. We highly recommend to stay here and plan your trip to this interesting and beautiful city from here.

Very good location, comfortable room

I felt like I had to do the receptionist's job since they ask the clients to do the check-in by filling a form online. You don't always have your phone charged when arriving at a hotel, it was hard to get the wifi working and took a long time. The staff was not very friendly at the front desk, they just sit there and watch you while you do your own check-in.

The rooms are great! It's important to have nice size and comfortable beds while traveling! I am always rested when staying here! The reception is helpful and the overall staff is really friendly... also this place is walking distance from the metro bus, easy to get an uber and so many restaurants around..

They need to fix the sensor code at the elevator ;)

Very good hotel, comfortable, clean, friendly staff.

Breakfast is OK, but the waiters too slow. The worst thing was the air conditiong (it was broken during 24 hours, it was really hot).

It was in a great place, the staff were super nice and the room was clean, and well equipped.
