Very tidy and clean, frontdesk very attentive and helpful. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Location is very good. Nice restaurant downstairs with prices very reasonable all round. We will stay again.

It's a great feature to have the car parking included (Actually one of the main features we were searching for) though a couple of blocks away from the hotel. Once you know where it is it's easy to find but a simple map with the parking voucher would be very helpful as we must not have listened properly to the given directions and missed the fountain and drove around in a big circle navigating the one way streets to return. We appreciated the parking offered and this is no complaint just a small suggestion to assist travellers like us that don't listen to directions very well ;-)

Location, location, location Spacious suite

Needs some repair No air-conditioning. I went in winter (early January), so it didn't affect me in any way. BUT... if I went in summer, maybe an air-conditioning would be very welcome

We were suprised by Hotel Galeria. It was perfect. We walked in to pristine rooms, our breakfast (included in the price of the hotel) was served by a cheerful young man and the coffee was free flowing. We were 2 blocks from the center. Hotel

Cannot think of a thing we didnt like.

The bed was very comfortable that I fell asleep fast.

The reservation came with breakfast. We waited almost an hour for a table to find out breakfast was only coffee, juice, and stale bread. We ended up going to breakfast in the Centro.

The Hotel was excellent, room, bed everything was great. The staff was great. I loved it.

The fact that I had requested to pay when I would get there and they charge my credit card by the time I got there.

We had the master suite for 4 people and it was spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. The receptionist (Wendy) was wonderful. We enjoyed the 2 bars nearby Mr. Henry and especially Rock Pariaso.

Although parking was free, it was blocks away.

Well maintained, clean and beautiful art decor. The room was a like a mini art gallery of painter Maria Izquierdo.

Housekeeping claimed they were missing a towel and wanted to charge me for it but I explained to management that all the towels were there. Management eventually said it was fine and I didn’t pay anything but it was an uncomfortable situation.

Location. The room is clean.

There was anything to make a coffee, the restaurant opens late & closes early. TV is very small & WIFI did not work in my room.

Rooms are decorated (each one) with different artists paintings and decor, that was cool. Also the space, it was almost like an small apartment, perfect.

The price i paid I can't no hotel can beat it.

The staff made faces when i asked if i can have family visit me. There was no a/c and it was really hot and its only march Very noisy , couldnt sleep
