liked the extra activities especially the amazing sound bath. I didn't get a chance total a yoga class. I did get a massage and that was really beneficial. Although i do not speak much Spanish, the staff was very helpful to help with translations.

Perhaps they could hire more people who speak English. My friend spoke Spanish and i have a google translate but it would help to have more English spoken. The beds in Bindu were a little too firm.In Tierra they were nice because of the mattress topper.

Beautiful, serene, and well cared for property surrounded by the mountains. It's so tranquil and peaceful here. Yoga with Desiclava, meditation, and all the other classes offered were great. Pool and spa was relaxing.

Flies outside during meals on the patio was a little bothersome. Also hot water took a while to kick in.

Rooms are big and comfy. Loved the hot shower. Facilities are fantastic, several pools and quiet areas. Really a place to rest, read, detox etc. I imagine they organize many retreats, it is the perfect place for it. The spa is amazing. Views are great.

The restaurant is mediocre compared to the place. Staff is nice and they serve food anytime but I tried different things on the menu and apart from mexican dishes, food is really not what you expect to receive in such a place for this money.

The property is gorgeous, very well laid out with stunning views. I love how everything is feng shui. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the massages were incredible. The staff at the front desk and spa were so helpful and accommodating. I would come back here again because of how healing this place is.

The staff at the restaurant weren’t very friendly to us. One morning, one of the staff at the restaurant told us the only breakfast available was buffet and we couldn’t order ala carte, but then the couple who sat in the table next to us was able to order ala carte just a few minutes after us. Another evening, the staff served me my meal (vegetable curry & rice) but completely forgot my husbands meal (hot dog & fries) and didn’t serve it until 30+ min later.

After being in the city this was a wonderful escape. The views are incredible, there are very nice pool areas, there were beds available and space to relax so we weren’t over crowded. There was service from the sunbeds so we enjoyed some food and drinks in the sun. Definitely book in for a massage, we had the 50 minute relaxing massage, it unlocked a whole new level of relaxation, we slept so well after that. We also had a lovely dinner overlooking the mountains. Really a very beautiful place to stay, I would come back again. We were gutted we only booked one night!

The resort is exceptionally located, the view is superb, the design of the property flows with the surrounding nature, so you never feel that you are in a hotel. More than a luxury hotel, it is a place for healing and resourcing oneself. The staff is very attentioned and well trained. The spa is wonderful (try the Deep tissue massage!). Two little points that could be improved: firstly, I never got really hot water in the shower (which may be due to using solar energy to heat up the water?), and while the property-wide wifi was very good, I did not get wifi in my room (located at the bottom the property in the Jardin de la Luz). It did not bother me, quite the opposite, I enjoyed being disconnected while in my room, but some other guests may find this a problem. Overall, I would say this is one the most special places to stay in Tepoz. I liked it so much extended my stay by one night.

The hot water could be a bit hotter! Make sure you check if your room has wifi connection when you book if this is important to you.

The bed is very confortable. The activities are amazing.(Try the Yoga Class) The view is perfect. Pro Tip: The reservation with booking doesnt include breakfast. If you book directly in the hotel's website they include breakfast and some other rooms that are not featured via booking.

The receptionists were not very friendly, when we asked for recommendations of where to eat or do a Temazcal outside the facilities , we felt it was rude to ask.

The view was amazing!!! The room was good, only the matress and the pillows were unconfortable. There were not enough drawers.
