- pool area was relaxing with small kitchenette area to prepare foods from outside the hotel and refillable bottle water available - room #3 was large next to pool, I had to pay $10 USA more for room. - Wifi worked best in room , though weak Signal around pool area - management attended to all my Requests - location was good , about 10 mins walk To beach, many restaurants, shops, and vegetable shops, W/in 5-10 min walk - overall Accommodations was good.

It was perfect for us. The staff was super friendly and held our bags until we could check in, and we were able to check in 2 hours early. The room was simple, but very clean and spacious. We were on the ground floor so it was cool but it did have a modern mini-split heating/cooling unit. We were one block from the Main Street and two blocks from the beach so perfect location. They have a small pool in the courtyard, but we opted to swim in the ocean instead. I would absolutely stay here again. San Pancho is a beautiful town and Casa de Giulio was perfect.

Can’t think of anything. Some people might want a balcony or view which we didn’t have, but we were only there one night and that didn’t matter to us.

Only half a block from the main street, it was still very calm and quiet. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool was small but warm. Maybe a bit too warm. There are a number of restaurants in the area. The best breakfast you get at La Chalupa on the same street, across the main street. A taco restaurant on the next street, right behind the hotel is amazing. The beach is closer than the description says.

Our room was facing the pool. At night it felt as if you were sitting in a storefront. There were only blinds that you could use, which made it difficult to pass the door, if you used those. A common curtain would have been much better. There is a power outlet and antenna connection on the wall, but no TV! The third floor is under construction, but they work mostly when you are on the beach.

Barbara was available to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. She would bring us fresh towels and even booked our taxis to the airport and into Sayulita. We felt taken care of and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The Wifi is connected to the hotel next door and isn't very strong. Luckily we weren't there to be on our phones or computers, but if that is something that is necessary, don't expect good wifi.

Adults only. Safe. Quiet at night. Great location. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Smokey near the pool. Not sure where it was coming from. But caused headache. Is trash being burned nearby? Shower floor extremely slippery-accident waiting to happen. Wish there'd been a table with chairs to eat at in room.

The property is in a fantastic location, so central to everything in town and our room was very quiet. Our room was beautifully done, and had plenty of space. The staff were responsive and easy to communicate with

Overall a great stay, although the roosters wake you up early in the morning 🤣 Would have liked to have had some kleenex and paper towel in the room for little coffee spills etc. Beds are nice and firm, but a couple more pillows would have been great. We would stay there again👍

Casa #3 could use a light above the bathroom sink. Paper towel or towels in kitchen would be great.

The hotel was in a nice area close to the beach. The rooms were sunny and very clean. Loved the bed and pillows. Had a great sleep there.

Maby the roosters in the area are a bit loud but it is common there and nothing that earplugs cannot solve.

i liked everything. especially the fact that as soon as I made the reservation and not a minute has gone by when I already had two messages from the property thanking me and instructing me where to check in.
