Loved the traditional ambience, and the grounds. The beds were very comfortable as were the feathered pillows. The morning breakfast was excellent and the waiter was wonderful!

There was a little bit of sewage smell due to no pea traps on pipes. We just put some standing water in sink and it seemed to help.

The location is great, super quiet and tranquil but close enough to walk to town but you don’t hear the noise of town. It’s a straight shot to the beach, and it’s the more chill end of the beach where locals hang out, and when you want to walk to the busy part of the beach you can just walk a little ways. The breakfast was good, great options and healthy options. It’s 1 drink (coffee, smoothie, etc) and 1 entree per person, so if you want additional dishes (like add an extra smoothie bowl) you’ll have to pay but it’s affordable! And the breakfast server Yiyo is the sweetest. The hotel felt safe and very relaxed, super quiet and the pool was relaxing and great to have when you’re on a break from the beach.

The basic economy room felt cramped and not up to par, but the staff was helpful and we were able to upgrade to an awesome room for a little more $$. It would be nice if the hotel had some beach towels to use since you’re not allowed to bring your room towels to the beach.

This hotel is a great option in Sayulita. It's far enough from the main town to be quiet, but so close to the beach that it feels like it's in the action. It's simple and clean decor are tasteful and the pool was super nice. We loved the garden and the ducks!

The staff wasn't super helpful and I woke up after the first night with a ton of bug bites. My friend didn't get any so it may have just been me. It feels like this started off as a great place but it kind of felt like the original owners and yoga theme are gone? Like there was a great idea but now it's just running the basics.

Everything was great. We booked the penthouse and couldn't believe we had all of it to ourselves. We had a comfortable stay, no issues with the amenities. The place is very close to the beach and you can hear the ocean at night when it's quieter. Beautiful garden where you get to eat a delicious hot breakfast. Everything is within a short walking distance.

The only downside, which is outside the property and staff's control but worth mentioning, is the construction work taking place across the street. It starts at 8am sharp and it is impossible to get any sleep after unless you're wearing noise cancelling earbuds. That being said, 8am is a good time to wake up and make sure you get early enough for breakfast while they still have the poached eggs with pesto (best item on the menu imo!)

The breakfast was AMAZING. And I missed one night due to food poisoning in Puerto Vallarta and when I sent them the hospital records they let me stay for an extra night for free. That is SUPER nice and was really appreciated. They are very nice and accommodating here!

I had to move into a different room after a few days and it smelled a bit like mold and sewage.

It was a basic room with everything you need, with comfortable bed for my personal opinion. We don't have a kettle in the room, but we don't need it. The breakfast was basic, but not bad. Free Wi-Fi. Just 5 min walk to the beach and maybe ~7-10 min walk to downtown Sayulita. Very quiet neighborhood and safe. Very friendly people. We have a wonderful stay in Sayulita. Would like to go back. The floor in the shower was a bit slippery, so just be careful.

The hotel was a short walk from the quieter end of the beach and a ten minute walk to the restaurants, bars etc. in the town. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Parking was available either in the small hotel car park or in the street.

Breakfast options were good but only one coffee or glass of orange juice was allowed. Another cup of coffee or orange juice cost extra.

Good location a bit away from downtown but very close. Easy access to the beach. The facilities were well-maintained and clean. Food was delicious. There was a kitchen space in our room as well, making it really easy to settle in.

Not much. There wasn't much in the way of tourist activities from the hotel, but staff were friendly and available for questions or to help coordinate if you'd found something you were interested in.

I liked the traditional vibe of an imperfect but cute place, it's natural setting and plants, community feel, location.

dusty streets surrounding it, lack of some basics like a hair dryer, the place is generally not conducive to guests staying longer than a week, restaurant menu is limited and often short of ingredients to deliver dishes with some consistency

We were on a second floor room therefore we loved the dome ceiling it's something we'll never forget. The beautiful table outside the room on the patio was perfect. What didn't you like cold

I didn't like the fact there was no hot water. But it was not a game changer and I would rent the same room again in a minute.. We would have loved comfortable lounge chairs to lay down by the pool.
