The location was great, a short walk into town but away from the loud music. Probably best to make sure you get a room away from the road though. Staff were friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. Netflix etc on the TV was a nice bonus. Rooftop pool was the main reason we booked the hotel and it didn’t disappoint.

There were a couple of things: - in the room there’s a coffee machine but no coffee. A room at this price point should provide coffee really. - we checked out of our room at 11, but had a couple of hours to spare until going to our next place and we kind’ve assumed they’d let us hang out by the pool for a bit (like all other hotels we’ve stayed in have). But they have this crazy policy that if you want to stay by the pool after checkout until 3pm, you have to pay 1,000 pesos EACH. Which is obviously a crazy amount of money for a few hours. It didn’t ruin our stay at all, but it did mean it ended on a little bit of a sad note. And it’s the only reason we’ve given it a 9 instead of a 10.

What an amazing hotel! The staff here is so helpful and very friendly! Jonathan & Abigail were the best! The rooms are beautiful, modern, super clean, kitchen in the room! Refrigerator, coffee maker,toaster, tv, air conditioner and ceiling fan. The terrace has incredible views and a beautiful, very long pool. I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel! I had the perfect stay! No noise at all. Very large modern renovated room, beautiful renovated, modern, clean washroom, safe that locks, terrace with table..chairs..extra day bed..Perfect stay!

Clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, live the pool and our unit. Had a kitchenette and with kids it’s very convenient. It wax perfect for our needs. It’s a left blocks from the beach but it’s all very walkable. Restaurants, mini supermarkets, open market and a laundry place all within walking, super close to everything. Very convenient.

Well they are remodeling the back part of the property she it was a bit noisy due to construction but it was only during the day and we were out most of the time.

The pool at Puerto Sayulita was incredible! There were more facilities than we expected with couches, hammocks and shaded areas. The staff were helpful and kind. They upgraded us for free upon arrival which was a bonus to have 2 beds instead of a bed and a pull out couch. It is the perfect distance from the center of town to get away a bit, yet we walked to and from town multiple times a day with no issues. I would 10/10 recommend and stay again!

It can be a bit noisy at night since it is on the main street. This was not an issue as we were still able to sleep and were often coming back quite late anyways, but a note for families.

The location was perfect a quick walk into the action of town yet quite at night at hotel . We asked to face jungle side which they accommodated us . The rooms were cleaned every day and there was a small kitchenette and a good size fridge to store food and ice . Also another thing I loved about this place was they left you a great amount of towels for pool, beach and bath . The pool was amazing and the roof top. The staff were so friendly and helpful . We had a great time staying here. Would highly recommend

Love the rooftop pool and area! It wasn’t ever too busy up there when I went up there. Nice and relaxing. The room was simple but everything I needed. Clean and modern. Spacious

It was a little bit of a walk into town. Only about 8 or so mins though which I didn’t mind as I like to get my steps in. I got a room on the back side so I wasn’t bothered by street noise. A bit of noise from the neighbourhood behind and lots of bird sounds. I do suggest ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper! They were helpful for me.

The location, because is not located near the nightlife of Sayulita, but it is still very close to everything. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean with a kitchenette. The fact that after 10pm, the hotel remains completely quiet.

The bar at the swimming pool and the restaurant downstairs were close. But at the same time, it kept the hotel quiet and not too crowded. and tmin fact, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in Sayulita...therefore it was not a must, since we prefer the swimming pool quiet and peaceful.

Great location being a 5 minute walk to the main part of Sayulita but staying in an area that still has local places to eat that are more authentic and cheaper. The rooftop pool area was amazing and had everything you needed to relax and cool off each day. Staff were so attentive and provided great service each and every day!

The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. A king bed would have been nice however. The property was quite well maintained. The rooftop pool was very nice.

Road noise. Being in a room at the front of the hotel, it was right on the main road into Sayulita. Consequently, there was a lot of very noisy traffic, particularly the motor cycles. Around 9:00 AM, there was annoying and fairly loud music played on the speakers in the hallway. I assume it was for the working staff but there was no need for it and would be disturbing for those trying to sleep late.

No breakfast was offered, however that was no issue for us preferring to prepare our own. The main attraction for us was the semi-olimpic size and heated pool on the terrace at the top of the building with lounge chairs plus sun screens, matresses and sofas to relax or read. The presence of an elevator to take us to the terrace was a real plus for us being very advanced in age. The staff was truly exceptional attending to any of our needs and requests during our extended stay of 2 weeks. The room was ideal for us with a well-functioning and fully equiped kitchen wich we used a great deal, a great balcony for eating and reading, and an internet plus TV (plus Netflix) that presented no problems.

We would have to think hard to find any negatives about this place. Perhaps the addition of a microwave and blender would have made the kitchen absolutely complete. The hotel's location, being the mainstreet into town, may have been an issue if we had been assigned our room at the front instead of the rear. However, being a very short walk to the beach and conveniently located for all our food shopping, many eating places, cafes and laundry store ....and away from the noisy and busy center with all its nightly entertainment, made this an ideal location for us.
