The breakfast was good, included in the price of our room and the selection of food was good enough. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is very good located in the heart of Monterrey.

Staff at reception was not very friendly, the hotel was in restoration and therefore there were lots of building works around, which made sometimes mobility hard. The car park is reduced and for the size and category of the hotel they need to have bigger space for parking. Overall Antaris is old and needs urgent refurbishing.

The smell. We have stayed in the past and it seems to have sewer problems since it still smells like drainage, and also the water doesn't drain fast in the sink. My 4 year old daughter had to use the lobby restroom and it was disgusting smelling that she even said no, I don't want to do it here.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. I trave for surgery and it was easy to Access after.

The prices for the food of the restaurant don't match what you receive. The portions are small and don't taste very well. It's better to buy outside.

We were woken up every day by 9 am because the cleaning staff knocked to ask if we would like the room cleaned. We wanted to sleep in since it was a vacation.

The rooms were very accommodating, clean and fresh, I loved being able to look out the window. The shower was nice and big. very, very nice, the beds were nice and firm and very comfortable. The setting overall was very nice. Javier is true asset to your establishment, he was very informative, very polite, and very much a gentleman, made me feel safe and comfortable. As a female, having business in a strange city, and traveling alone, this very important.

I believe the lighting in the rooms should be a bit brighter. The food in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I would say that the hamburgesa de pollo, is probably the best thing on the menu, the prices are somewhat steep for what you are getting. The chips are to thick and hard, the rib eye steak is too thin, there was never any salt & pepper on the table and I was never offered a glass of ice for the coke. The service is fair.

I liked everything, I always enjoy my stay there. It is quite, my visits to Monterrey are for medical reasons, so I am able to rest and sleep. the rooms are nice, and clean. and I really enjoy the view out the window.

there never seems to be any small wash towels or small hand towels. sometimes i get a room that does not have a desk.

Noise level from other guest was high, they woke me up at at around 4:40 a.m. with loud music. The food in the restuarant was the worst I've ever attempted to eat. I've stayed here several times, and I think they need better quality meats and definitely a better cook.

I didn like that the comforter on the bed was so "heavy" I didn't really like the bigger room I had to take upon arrival because I arrived early, the room I got didn't have the desk/table, the view out the window was not so good. The restaurant menu, needs help. the ONLY good thing to eat is the chicken burger.
