The hotel is purely to have a place to sleep after a long day's work or before taking a flight as the hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the airport. No frills, no luxury, just barebones a place to stay. They do have a hot breakfast and a pool table in the lobby.

The rooms could be a bit cleaner and better maintained. Nothing terribly bad, just very, VERY basic. A double bed room DOES NOT MEAN TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS! It's two singles! Take this into account.

It was a place to stay while waiting for my flight. The bed was quite comfortable. Check in/out was easy without much fuss.

To be told I had to use the key to turn on the lights. I spent a lot of time without electricity because the main light came on when entering the room so didn't realise more action needed to be taken to activate the rest of the electric supply.

Cozy room with adjustable heat/cold controls with a central AC system, bed was ok, bathroom a bit small but clean and decent enough, and the TV was great, with a good selection of channels. Good value for money! And can't beat staying close to the airport.

In the rooms closer to the elevators you can hear a bit of noise when people start getting out of their rooms and going downstairs, but it is not terribly bad and you can still sleep through it

We had to go at 4:00 AM to he airport, the hotel team prepared a juice and a sandwich for us. This was a great detail! Very friendly and helpful service at the desk - fast and without complications! Invoice was already printed - team is very fast! Great!

THE CURTESY TRANPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT WAS WHY WE STAY HERE, BUT THE Chilaquiles THE NEXT MORNING WERE AWESOME! WILL BE STAYING HERE AS LONG AS WE TRAVEL THRU MONTERREY,

ROOMS WAS SMALL BUT ADEQUATE

I liked the proximity to the airport, the free shuttle, and that the breakfast was very good and complete.

I didn't like the shape of the bathroom in the room (little bit uncomfortable), but it's a layover hotel so you only need it for a good rest.

I like the free shuttle 24 hours. I had a plane to catch at 6:00 am and it was very useful.

Staff doesn't have the best attitude. They looked boring and annoying.

Fair Price for a descent hotel to stay, excellent location to the airport, great customer service, comfortable beds!!

The hotel's free shuttle was not available when we arrived at the airport, seems that one of their headlights was not working and we had no choice but to pay for an expensive taxi, also the room that we got was facing the road that heads to the airport. During Midnight you can hear all the cars and heavy trucks drive by which was super hard to sleep, we had to change rooms to higher floor which still faced that road but the noise was a bit less. Good tip: Make sure you ask them when booking a room if it faces the main road to the airport so you can avoid the noise at night!!

The extra service for take you at the airport free was awesome, extra point for that.

Staff where very helpfull. Room was clean and comftable. The shuttle van service runs from 3am for the early flyers.

Noting i can fualt here as we only stayed for 5hrs.
