I liked the proximity of the hotel to the airport. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel like this one. Very helpful and pleasant staff. There was an unfortunate loss of electricity at check-in time but after about 30 minutes they came up with a solution that was well appreciated.

The airport pickup is a nightmare but it's not impossible. They told me to take a taxi from a specific company and they'd refund me. They did that immediately. They don't do early check-in and by the time it was time to check in, they had no electricity. We waited for abt 30 minutes before they figured something out.

Amidst the Microsoft Crisis, they were very attentive and very resourceful. The location is great. The transport van to the airport is excellent! Their chilaquiles breakfast is superb!!

My sheets where stained, like maybe from the carts wheels... I didnt like that. I found some hairs in the bed as well (not mine)... the door is very noisy, so when someone next to you (or nearby) closes it it wakes you up regardless.

Room is clean and quiet.

1. Front desk or shuttle driver does not speak English. We had to spent another $20 USD to get a Uber to send us from the airprot to the hotel. 2. It is kind of expensive. We paid $113 USD total for one night. But we only slept there for about 3 hours, then we went to MTY airport to catch the next flight. (This time, we got a free shuttle from the hotel)

The location is excellent, and you even have Starbucks, Seven Eleven and some restaurants next to the hotel. If you are willing to walk 5 minutes, you will also have a nice Italian restaurant and a tex-mex restaurant as well. Also the shuttle to the airport is a PLUS. It departs every 30 minutes the 24hours, from hotel entrance.

I liked the location A couple miles from the airport. I didn’t eat breakfast because the time but I’m very happy with the place .

It took me a few seconds to figure out how to use the elevator nobody told me, that I have to insert the key in the slot in order to operate the elevator. Not a big deal

It is a good place b ut carefull with the winter there is no heat in the bedrooms, transfer to airport was on time and fast the room was clean and bed confortable

It wasn't clear about the transfer between the airport and hotel. From the hotel to the airport was great but from the airport was not so great

I just stayed here a few hours between flights. It was perfect for that. The free shuttle bus was very handy.

There was no bar soap, no conditioner, no hand/body lotion. The bedroom is very sad looking.
