The hotel is very modern, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. There is free parking available. The shopping mall Galerias is 5min away by foot. The neighborhood feels safe. There is a very nice rooftop with a pool and with a great view of city

The bar at the rooftop is not operational. We have to call the bar from the reception and they bring the food and beverage at the top.

I had dinner and it was excellent. The waitstaff was very kind. The choices of shopping and restaurants is great. Best taco spot a few doors down, I inhaled their tacos, so warm, fresh, and made with love.

Well I didn’t know there was paid WiFi service available, that would have been useful knowledge ad I was struggling to get any work done. The business lounge I believe was in the lobby and awkwardly placed between the bar and seating/waiting lounge. The elevator was humid and smelled like it. The area for Ubers to pull upfront seems slightly dangerous.

my room had the view of about 40 bags of trash and apartments next us we felt like they could see us. no curtains just shades.

Very good location. Roon is quite tall and everything is clean. I love it there is a refrigerator. Everything is clean and neat, really enjoy staying here.

Laundry is outsourced by others. So you will have to pay every time you do laundry. They will take care of it. But I notice a pair of my socks were lost after that, and also got an unknown shirt from others. Makes me worry about if I can get my new shirt back I bought just a week ago.

All pretty decent: nice rooftop and rooms. The rooms are clean, the staff is OK. Stayed there a week and it was really convenient.

They had ONE two slice toaster in their breakfast bar for the entire restaurant (up to 40 people), which was stuck half the time! Choices are very limited and there is a charge for "extra ingredients" for extortionate prices. When bought separately it's too expensive for what it is, and when included you feel like skipping it after trying it once.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, practical safe for important things, very clean with a great view and pool. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after the checkout. Very nice staff and close to a mall.

A bit far from touristic areas, so expect paying more for taxis.

Some things didn't work like the Jacuzzi was not on and the top bar was not functioning, and they wanted to charge us 30 pesos to bring the drinks up to the pool.

The hotel Lobby is average, but the room was fantastic, with high ceiling rooms.

The entrance to the hotel´s parking is dangerous in that if you arent careful, you will hit the cement column on the right hand side.

The facilities were beautiful, clean, spacious, and very secure. Our view was amazing. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooftop pool was closed due to state of Nuevo Leon being placed into red because of COVID-19. This was disappointing because the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. We were traveling with three kiddos. I wished the hotel would have had the option of offering sign up times in inclements of one hour to use the pool. Hotels we have booked with in the past during COVID-19 offered this, and it was a nice option.
