We had the most relaxing stay at Casa To. We were there 5 nights and did not want for nothing. The main area with the pool is relaxing and quiet and the honor bar is a nice touch. Great cocktails with our late night swim :). We liked it was not on the beach, an oasis to return to when the beach was too much. Easy walk down to the main bit. Staff were helpful when booking car rental and concierge available throughout the day which was helpful. Our terrace with outdoor tub was quiet and secluded where we enjoyed a bottle of wine from Glou Glou on our last night. Glou Glou was a lovely treat. I would book in advance when you book the room as it was very busy when we were there.

It's a small thing but the hot water was a little scarce. Best time to shower was between 4-6pm after the solar panels have warmed up otherwise you have to run the shower for like a long while before you get any warm water (not good for the oaxaca drought!) When booking your room, check for tables at the restaurant Glou Glou as they don't reserve tables for those staying in the hotel and it seems very busy.

We loved everything! Casa TO is the best hotel we've ever stayed at, hands down, and we can't wait to come back. From the design, to the food, to the vibe, to the staff - everything was perfect from first to last! You arrive up a quiet road into an absolute oasis. There are so many delightful little touches, from the welcome drinks, to the beautiful scents, to the plants creeping over all the walls. For design lovers, the space is an absolute dream. The bedroom we had was also exceptional, from the huge bed, to convenient layout, to the huge window out onto the balcony. It was also all very clean. The staff/concierge cannot do enough to help out and make your stay special, but they are also very relaxed and unobtrusive. There's nothing stuffy or pretentious about the place, which helped to make our trip super relaxing. The breakfast also deserves a special mention - firstly for the gorgeous setting, but moreover for the fact that everything we ate was heavenly! The best French toast and the best cheese toasties we've ever eaten - no exaggeration. All the cocktails we had at the bar were also delicious, and quite reasonably priced, too. We would truly recommend Casa TO to anyone, and can't wait to come back.

We loved everything about this hotel! The architecture, the lovely staff (including restaurant, cleaning, bar, reception and also security), the rooms, the restaurant, the small lovely gestures (we stayed at the pool one day and got surprised with fresh juices and ice cream), the music, the smell… The breakfast is amazing and the food we had at Glou Glou was absolutely sensational. We also loved that it‘s a bit off the beaten path from busy La Punta but still only a 7-10mins walk to the beach.

Actually nothing! The noise level is a bit higher until 11pm and from 8:30am, due to the restaurant being located in the hotel, but just sth to be aware of and nothing that really bothered us.

Casa To was exceedingly glamorous, but also very welcoming and comfortable. Additionally, the staff were ever-present and attentive, without ever being intrusive. We also appreciated the extended breakfast times, which meant NOT having to leave the room in a rush in the mornings.

Not anything in your control, but the local road getting to Casa To is an adventure (which may magnify the experience inside). Also, there was a particular odour that emanated from that road in the afternoons - it was addressed with incense, but perhaps there's a longer term fix to the external infrastructure that ameliorates this.

Obviously its amazing architecture and interior. The room was beautiful, the bed very comfy and it had AC! Very much needed due to the high temperatures at night. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. We also had very good cocktails by the pool. And last but not least, the breakfast was exceptional. Best omelette I’ve ever had!

Nothing! I read the comments about the location not being great. The way there is definitely not the best (dark and unpaved) but that shouldn’t be a reason to keep you from booking. We felt very safe in general in La Punta.

The staff was super kind! Welcomed with cool wet towels and a refreshing drink was such a nice touch. Being able to text the receptionist at any time for accommodations was very convenient.

No complaints for the property or staff itself. A heads up of the walk back from the beach being very dark would be nice in the description but it felt super safe regardless just caught us off guard.

The breakfast was simple but it was fine--this property is so beautiful that it seems like it should have a restaurant either on the roof or a nearby property across the road...something connected with a good chef. The staff was wonderful and helpful and we really enjoyed our peaceful time at Casa To.

The bath mat by the shower was slippery and I fell one night coming out of the shower--I am only saying this to let you know, it could be dangerous by the stairs, with the sharp corners. Perhaps having a non-skid mat at the base of the stairs is safer than the cloth one.

We absolutely LOVED Casa TO. The entire staff with Manager Daniel, the kitchen staff, chefs, servers and bartender Pedro were exceptional and friendly. Even the doormen were delightful. Sophie Matya Yvonne Matthias Tao were lovely. We plan on being return customers . And their included breakfast was a high point , great start to the day , nothing continental here, later went to hotel Escondido and terrestre but Casa TO outdoes them .!

I loved the brutalist architecture of the hotel. It is tucked in a quiet part of Punta Zicatela but still within walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my needs. They have a great massage therapy service they collaborate with to come to the guest’s room for a massage. They also have an exceptional breakfast/dinner restaurant upstairs.

No complaints at all.

What a stunning hotel! I loved its unique design, comfortable beds, and thoughtful greenery. The staff is so helpful, and the cocktails are like art!

There is a switch from 'spa' type music in the lobby to club music in the evenings - because all rooms have open slats, this music just pours into your room all evening. They said the music gets shut off at 10 pm, but like the early bedtime granny I am, I went down at 10:30 and asked them to lower it. It's fine for earlier in evening, but do not plan on quiet reading, relaxing, yoga, etc in later parts of evening. This isn't the first trendy hotel I've stayed at in Mexico that has this, but the other one kept going until 3 am, so I was grateful they shut it down earlier at Casa TO
