We have been here about ten times in the past number of years, rooms are always clean, We use the restaurant and have never had a bad meal. Yes it is a little expensive, but if you want to treat someone special for a relaxing time, it's one of the best hotels in Atlixco.

Again the reception staff are not the most friendly, restaurant staff have always been the excellent. Our only complaint this visit was the Pool was very cold normally it is reasonably warm. We had to get out after ten minutes and just lay in the sun instead.

Secluded and beautiful. Lightning at night, staff and quality. Unplanned trip turned into a wonderful experience. We arrived on a Sunday an departed on Tuesday. We were told Fridays and Saturdays are typically booked with weddings or events that get loud, but if you can manage, not always do all rooms get blocked by event attendees.

Everything was great.wish there were more secluded rooms, but were told a new section was planned for May 2024. We’ll be there.

The restaurant staff were Amazing and friendly , the reception staff were ok , efficient but not as warm.when you think they only have to deal with max of 7 rooms booking in, Room one had decent Internet, we stayed in 3 last time and that was intermittent.so that was an Improvement .The pool was clean and you could smell the chlorine so it proves they take the cleaning seriously.

Bathroom door is perfect for a Hobbit, anyone over 160 cm has to bend down to enter, we had to leave the bathroom light on overnight as to make sure when you use it at 2 am you can see how low the doorframe is, when Half asleep.after the first few times of Banging head you soon Learn.

Great location, lush garden, wonderful pool. The restaurant is good, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious. The whole hacienda is well maintained, and the old building are carefully restored.

There is a little conversation problem because most of the staff is not speaking English at all, and our Spanish is not really good. It would be nice they would give more information about trips and restaurants in the region.

It is a great location in an old Hacienda with a lush green garden. There is a great pool, all rooms and the whole hotel is well maintained, and carefully restored. The parking is for free. The staff is very friendly.

It was a bit complicated in the restaurant, and getting information because of a language problem: Us speaking only a bit Spanish, and most of the staff not speaking English at all.

Beautiful grounds! Very clean and fresh! Lovely pool! Food awesome! Small thing—wish they would have had benches and tables throughout grounds to enjoy peace and surroundings!

This is a very small boutique hotel in what used to be a hacienda. We stayed in a deluxe suite, which was spacious and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and pleasant to walk around. Breakfast had many options and everything we tried was perfect & delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer, but the hotel was hosting a wedding for the weekend and had booked all of the rooms. Next time!

Fantastic restaurant, quiet retreat as no children are allowed to stay in the rooms.

Problems having to keep asking for the WiFi password at reception, they kept giving us the wrong information, I was not happy because I urgently needed to hold a quick meeting. Please just leave the information in the room or on the card with the room numbers, such an easy solution.

Cozy hacienda at the edge of the town so you need a car to get here but once arrived you can enjoy the spacious rooms, the pool and the the great restaurant opposite the hacienda, very recommended. The breakfast is very good too.

Groups of tourists walk around the hotel / garden ground in day time which could spoil a bit the fun when living in the ground floor but I was fine with that.

The Hacienda building itself is amazing! The structure keeps most of its original essence while introducing lots of amenities. Gardens are beautifully illuminated during night and the whole place creates a cozzy atmosphere. Staff is great, food is great. It has been a GREAT experience!

Watch your head as this colonial-style buildings have some low-heighted corridors. Just that. Everything else was fine :)
