It is a great place. Good location at walking distance from downtown. Professional and kind attention. The spa was excellent. Just a suggestion on keeping the spa location above 75F for comfort. Everything else was very good

We like to suggest a little graphic description on the proper way to operate the shower and get hot water. It is easy but we need the info.

The staff at this place is beyond fantastic. There are a lot of little issues at this property, and these folks are clearly accustomed to fixing them. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work with my limited Spanish by passing the keyboard back and forth using Google Translate - quite a simple solution. Great young folks!

Attempting to control the water temperature in the shower was a joke. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The staff attempted to help, but it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to get the temperature to a reasonable one. I really don't like tweaking a faucet for that long at 6am to start the day. Also, I don't believe the restaurant was ever open during our stay, which was also a real pain for us. We ultimately grabbed an Uber to go to Chedraui and grab some breakfast food for the few mornings we were there. There are just little issues here and there that could be fixed easily with general property upkeep.
